I think Runestones are also a bug. Hopefully it gets fixed in the next major patch as well.

vNihilism posted a message on Announcing Runestones - With Usage and Frequent QuestionsPosted in: NewsThey really REALLY hate the idea of players purchasing out-of-date, 8-year-old adventures for gold or, god forbid, unlocking them for free...
Maybe it's because the old adventures are all more well-written and fun than any of the standard-year, trash-tier new solo content 🤔

Malaky posted a message on Announcing Runestones - With Usage and Frequent QuestionsPosted in: NewsAfter Diablo Immortal I don't see how anyone could trust anything these people say.
Remember the whole "Don't worry, you won't be able to buy equipment with money"? Yeah, right. Because while technically true, they knew that equipment wasn't the important part of the game's itemization, runes were. And those were massively made P2W.
These people are liars. You can't trust anything they say.

Shipmen posted a message on Have you tried Diablo "Immoral"?Posted in: General DiscussionSo, Diablo Immortal is out, I spent a whole day playing with it (I was curious). I am level 45 now. What is it your feedback?
Here is mine:
At the start, the game feels very, very good, and for sure, much, much better than any mobile game ever tried with a very nice graphic and sound. It seems Diablo but simplified.
The problem:
- The development system of the character is not very intuitive, but once you understand it you realize that once the story is ended, the game is only pay-to-win. The game also feel very expensive, because you need a lot of gems for the equipment
- The game is extremely easy, it is nearly impossible to die. Therefore, it seems to do a trip to the countryside and not a battle against demons
- At the certain point, the game hits a wall and become very, very boring because you are forced to do very repetitive dungeons in order to increase the level and to farm things
Conclusion:
In my opinion, Blizz missed an opportunity. We were scared to see a cash grab game, and it is. Unfortunately, as mobile game is well done, and it is a shame to see a project ruined for the Blizz's approach in microtransactions. It is an uninstallation for me. I hate this approach. It is anyway sad, because this game has a lot of potential ruined.
This could truly be the best phone game ever made. But it's another money-eating machine.

sPacEtiMe19 posted a message on 22.2 Known Issues - 1000 Win Portraits - Heavy Armor Treasure - Mercs EquipmentPosted in: NewsQuote from sPacEtiMe19 >>How hard can it be to fix a bug with a simple achievement? A future update lol? Not even committing to the next one. Just a future one.
How do you know that it is a simple achievement? Because it's easy to parse and understand?
Yes, on the surface "Prevent 100 damage with the Immovable Object." looks simple: just track the damage prevented, right?Well, for starters we don't see the prevented damage. Only the final damage you take. Ok, so just check if you have the weapon equipped and track damage you take?
What does count as damage though? Is healing just negative damage? How does armour figure into that equation? What other things are under the hood that we know nothing about but complicate things even further? And why would they commit to the next update if they neither know how to fix the achievement nor what the next update will be?
If they said it will be the next update and they need to fix something else before fixing the achievement, they do what?Because based in any video game ever, this is a bug fix, not an update rollout. They’re making it sound like they need some grandeur update to rollout a single bug fix.
it’s like of caring, not ability.

Not working. Got "Sabotage!"

I realised that this is PVP mode in the end, after these videos.
First, the rewards they were receiving after each bounty were just coins for their own mercenaries plus some coins for some rares they didn't had. That's it. Even from last boss from Barrens. Even from lvl 20 Heroic Bounty. Of course, maybe from high-end bounties you will start receiving some epic coins or even legendary. But from what I saw, it will be so few, like 5 coins for the mercenary you don't have yet. And I believe they will make it, like, you could farm some specific epic mercenaries, but for the legendary ones, it will be rng mercenary coins. I will be glad if I am wrong on this.
Second, the rewards they were receiving for PVP were great, because there were coins for epic and legendary mercenaries. Just for one win. In PVP.
Third, the fact that you couldn't craft a mercenary you want with universal currency like dust is makes it a very grindy mode, that might convince you to buy packs instead.
Fourth, the Diamond skins. You want to show them off versus real people. That's how the whole skins thing works.
So in the end, I think the PVE mode will be so grindy, that you will start getting bored at some point without PVP variety and excitement. Or, if you don't like that, you just quit. Like you quit Dungeon Runs despite their "variety".
Again, I hope I'm wrong.

I feel like it IS a pvp mode in the end. I mean, I think, eventually you will get bored of the same enemies over and over again.

Man, I am really tired of their shady manipulation with RNG by "adjusting the odds" without any numbers giving. What the heck!?

I think it's ok that we have one day of fun playing with Nozdormu. Because usually players play for ranking up, you know... it's a little variety, at least.

Equipment feels so boring, almost duplicating abilities' text.

Dude, we are living in a capitalism world, not in an altruism world, hello.
-7
Whatever, dude. You haven't played a single game in this mode, but already have your opinion on it. So wise!

Not a big deal since you can reroll every day.

No. The right answer is Toxfin.
