I think a lot of people got fed up with the Tier1 metadecks (alongside with this terrible expansion) and rather play a Janky Murloc wombo-combo. 

Just because something is up-voted, it doesn't mean it's any good or Tier1 ready :) 
This is a typical Fun Jank Deck. 

It doesn't effect control warrior at ALL .

It does effect aggro ( pirate )  or midrangeish ( dragon ) , but it's  playable in dragon . 

+ it's still a hard removal.

Anyone else having Unable to load mono library prbolem when you start to load up the game ?  It just came with the patch.  

+ Frostbolt mage 
+ Any class that runs Witch Doctor
+ Unstable Portal mage if he gets atlesat 1 taunt 
+ Ooze decks 
+ Timberwolf Hunter
+ Even Dust devil shaman if shaman gets the coin . 

This deck is way to "slow " + does not profit for going 2. at all +1 dmg , 

Have no clue why it has so many upvotes.

You have changed  2 cards  and you repost the "same"deck the 15th time ... and people sadly keep upvoting ...
All you 've done is added  +1 tracking - Ragnaros 
                                                               +1 explo trap   -1snake trap

Both of your changes is a disaster against ANY control deck or Druids , both card super dead .
                         

Ps. : Playing Barnes and not running Ragnaros is just straight up silly .

Ps2.:  In the case if you wanted this deck to be anti shaman add Ooze / Harrison and Barongeddon as well...

Gadgetzan Auctioneer is complete utter nonsense in this brawl, you never reach turn 5 against all the otk decks.

100% satisfaction deck

Just thinking about using this card looks fine for me since druid now use Ferocious Howl in most deck, stacking up the hand for later

and Dollmaster Dorian + Juicy Psychmelon looks insane to me! 

Hadronox , The Lich King [/card] , [card]Dragonhatcher etc.

just getting  copy of a 1/1 and draw looks really nice!

4 mana + 4 certain draw seems real value and potential combos 

if you can't outvalue other control/combo-decks than playing controlpaladin is kinda useless.... DK Jaina, Shudderwock, Druids all can generate more value the long term without having to fear huge pressure from a slow paladin. not sure if this card is played in midrange paladin and aggro paladin have better ways to deal with threats... maybe in odd-paladin because they don't have equality

Getting Jailor and Loot Hoarder from Call to arms is awful combo which can lead to massive mill

By the way, Quest Rogue doesn't deserve this. You can reverse the quest back to its old version, then make the reward only affect the minions in your deck so it would be more "playable"
