    Why is it the case that you HAVE to run it in a Murloc deck to get mileage out of it?
    I suppose you're another one of those people that's played GvG extensively and know the meta inside out and understand that this is just a dead card because you've tried it in every possible deck you can and against every deck that is currently in the GvG meta and have ample results to support your claim that it's just terrible.

    It doesn't say 4 Tidecallers, does it? It says 4 RANDOM Murlocs. 
    What do you want? a 7 drop legendary that wins you the game every time? 
    Quit being so negative until you see what the meta sits like. 

    This legend is only good if you convert to murlocs shaman. Murlocs sinergies with murlocs like pirates do with other pirates.. You'll get 4 mobs with an average of 2 hp that you can play on turn 8.. Wow. Also, to get at least decent value you have to run the new murloc epic for draws.. And at the end of the day you are making a murloc deck

    ..trying hard to find the good points out of this. 

    Then don't use it! If you don't like the build it's going to work well with then don't use it. What? You think every legendary should have an automatic slot? 

    Murloc Shaman is optional. Hell...you don't even need to be Murloc centric for this to be good. It doesn't say 'Draw 4 Murlocs' it says 'ADD 4 Murlocs'

    If you can keep this alive for a turn that's 2 mana for 8 health -  very good value.
    If you can't, it's a soft taunt and potentially a silence absorb for 2 mana. 
    I can certainly see myself running one of these....

    The wording is a bit muddy but it's definitely in addition to your attack. Cold Blood is better in all ways otherwise...
