To me, as a guy who does not have either Malygos or Mecha'thun yet...so take my opinion for what its worth, it seems like the Toggwaggle/Azalina combo is a lot more proactive than just relying on a last minute Mecha'thun. You can do more things with Togwaggle and Azalina earlier if you have to, instead of just holding on to a Mecha'thun and a naturalize for the end of the game and pray you haven't died yet...
This helped a lot! Right now, I just have to craft Malygos and Floop, which seem like safe crafts...I just have a neurological condition where I suffer extreme pain when I have to use a lot of dust to craft anything. ;)
So I've been playing Togwaggle Druid to a moderate level of success, but I was thinking about going for the MalyTogg hybrid version. Has anyone found this to be more successful? Or is it too greedy? I can't tell if it's just adding a win condition or if it's making all of the win conditions weaker...
Excellent points. I hadn’t planned on being able to hit the Hadronox with a Hex or a Polymorph due to Naturalize, but I forgot earlier frogs and sheep mess up the Witching Hour...
Just kidding. I’ve been running into the new Hadronox Taunt Druid a lot (rank 4) and have been having a really tough time beating it. Just wondering what strategies people have been using against it. I run Cubelock, Spiteful Druid, and a couple of different aggro decks, but danged if I run out of gas after the 6th Hadronox refill.
Honestly I was thinking a Shudderwock deck might be best. A OTK endgame that doesn’t care about taunts in the way...
I love Dude Paladin (at rank 8), but can someone please tell me what you do when you run into a Control Warlock?! 2 Defiles and what feel like 55 Voidlords are impossible to get through...
Really enjoying this deck so far. Question, is there any room for a Spellbreaker in here? I have success against most anything but Control/Cubelock and victory would have been within reach if I would have just been able to silence a Voidlord. Everything that's in here works so well together, I can't figure out what to cut...
Yeah, I was going to go with Murlock Paladin...I just balked at the idea of spending 800 dust on Vilefin Inquistors, since they’re rotating out soon (I only just start playing seriously last September, so dust isn’t plentiful for me).
How is Murloc Paladin against the current onslaught of Big Priests and Control Warlocks/Mages?
For the Aggro Paladin masters here, how have your decks been performing since the Patches nerf? I keep seeing Aggro/Murloc Paladin at the top of the meta lists, so I finally pulled the trigger and crafted a Sunkeeper Tarim (it was stressful). I mainly only did Zoolock and Spiteful Priest, so I really wanted a Paladin option.
But since putting together this deck (minus Val’anyr) my win rate has been MISERABLE. I know the loss of the Pirates package (never even had Patches) changed the Aggro landscape, but it feels REALLY ineffective now.
Any other aggro paladins experiencing this? Make any tweaks post patch that are working?
So does the game remember when you got Corridor Creeper for the purposes of dusting? Meaning, if I just put all of my daily gold towards Kobolds and Catacombs packs trying to fish for Creepers for the sole purpose of dusting, would they be at the temporary rate of 400 dust for the next two weeks? Or does the game know you just got it and never knew of a world where is was a zero mana 5/5 that was in every single deck and it only gives you 100 dust?
As a guy who started playing for real only just this past September and has managed to get as high as Rank 4 by last month (pats self on back, no one cares), my real suggestion would be to build a deck around the Frozen Throne or Kobolds legendary they give you.
When I started, I was given a Bloodreaver Guldan. From there, I realized a Zoo deck (minus Patches, good riddance) would be cheap to make after a month's worth of quests and dusting and I stuck with that.
After that, I just stick with one expansion using my daily gold until I get at least an Epic and then move on to the next one. You'll deepen your card pool, start building up dust, and then maybe luck your way into a new deck option for yourself. I was able to afford my first legendary after just a month or so of doing that. Then you can pick one to build a new deck around or go with one that supports the deck you've been using.
This looks like a ton of fun. Is Twig (have it) worth it without Medivh (don’t have him and don’t want to buy him since he’s rotating soon)? Also suggestions on replacing the pirates?

So will I unlock everything if I just Cheer 2500 in fell swoop?

Can I ask which deck list/deck code you use?

My plan exactly. I did the same thing when the Corridor Creeper nerf hit and managed to open up a golden one for 1600 dust...
...I do not expect to be this lucky again, but HEY! It worked once...

Anyone have anything else that’s been effective?
