Twin Emperor Vek'lor it's a staple in C'thun decks so it's pretty much impossible to replace him. Justicar Trueheart, on the other hand is a staple leg for any kind of fatigue warrior so I don't see your deck going anywhere without her.
Pros stopped playing it i ntournaments because it's no longer anti-control (well they don't because it's not obscenely OP) and tournaments are heavy on control decks. Ladder likes their FOTM and that's Secret paladin.
But current patron rocks aggro and fast decks. It's now a Tempo deck. Also rocks druid and paladin in general. It's still VERY viable.
Yes, I do understand that the deck still exists but I think that even though the deck its called Patron Warrior, it's not Patron Warrior anymore. The deck was very consistent against pretty much everything and it could bring down every single class without a problem. I miss the feel that the original patron warrior gave. It was challenging to try to bypass a belcher while aiming for letal. Just go and watch trump's video about it.
I mean, I miss to play the deck, not the 2 charging 20 attack Frothing Berserkers. The fact that the deck was very damn challenging and you had to think twice if you wanted to do the optimal.
Well, golden legendaries are uber rare. I have a golden Lord Jaraxxus sitting on my collection and I think it's one of the very few golden legendaries that are worth to keep. Ysera it's one of those legendaries. Personally I would keep it.
The midrange paladin it's one of the strongest decks out there according to the meta snapshot 40 of tempo storm so I would recommend you to craft it. It's one of the strongest decks in the game too, if played correctly of course.
Know the Handlock it's one of the very few archetypes that exists nowadays and existed long ago when the game came out. Some players said that It's the pinnacle of control. Indeed, a user of Hearthpwn has a signature. It says something like "Handlock it's always viable" and I think that says it all. It's the same case for the freeze mage.
The DemonZoo is not always as strong as other tier 1 decks. It has its moments though.
As a personal recommendation, I would craft midrange druid. I think it's like the midrange pala but easier to play.

I'm sorry but Arcane Blast is a must-have card in every single tempo mage list, you can't replace it with 2x Arcane Giant. Hope this helps.

I think I would cut Elise Starseeker and Gorehowl

I really miss that and the goddamn whirlwind effects on a full board to trigger the Acolyte of Pain, Grim Patron, Armorsmith, Battle Rage and of course... the two charging Frothing Berserkers.
Anyways, let me know what you think in the comments...
