How exactly is time calculated? Is it real time? Time in-game against bosses only? Time used when selecting cards/treasures?

Better tempo (not that that matters much to a control warrior) to use combinations of zilliax/scraphound and militia commander with sweeping strikes, and you can also generate a ton of armor/health out of it, but it also just gives you more to play so you blow through your deck faster.

You have plenty of clear for small wide boards already with 2 whirlwinds and 2 warpath.

If you're dealing with a wide and tall board for which you need brawl, the only one I can really think of is mage and that matchup is terrible for control warriors as it is, and control shaman, but the real issue with control shaman is mechathun getting hexed.

I guess maybe it'd be good against mech paladin, but they're probably just going to kangor it back eventually anyway.

Hammer of Twilight is probably the only other decent weapon for this deck. Charged hammer might be decent but you probably would end up just swapping it for when your doomhammer came up before attacking 4 times.

As for maelstrom portal, no real replacement, but flame juggler is ok.

Finley is not replaceable. Finley's value is the hero power change to something other than totems.
