Many elementals's battlecries start with 'if you played an elemental last turn', so Elegon can do nothing sometimes. If those effects would be always active, it would make Elegon better.
I don't think that Inspire should appear on Koltira. It was exclusive fot TGT and we didn't see its return, so I'd avoid using it.
Isn't Obsidian Colossus too good ? Because you can controll the target with Gaze, there is almost no drawback, and this minion is too god for 5 mana (imo it should cost 6 or 7).

Nymm is incredibly powerful, hit a big minion and it's game over. I'd make it cost 10 and fill the board with 5/5 copies. Even then he'd be really strong.
I'm not sure how easy or hard your quest is to fulfill. If you're gaining Armor as easily as the Druid, you'll have no problem.
How would Primal Rage work? Would you adapt one minion at a time or all at once?
Primordial Armor should probably cost 3, even 4 if your class can easily swarm the board.
Helpful Wanderer should probably be a 5/5, especially since he's quite easier to trigger than the new Warrior Dragon that gives Armor.
Your DK's Battlecry's extremly OP. If you have a minion with an effect on the board, like Lich King, you'll be able to generate infinite value. I'm also not so sure about your hero power.
I don't think Ice Crawler's Battlecry is enough of a downside to justify the extra health.
The rest of the cards seem fine.

Those KotFT are in the early stage of design, but the battlecry is actually OP. Will have to redesing it a bit. I want to keep Hero Power, which is more control-oriented, which supports defense (and Stealth) archetype.
I am gonna experiment with Ice Crawler a bit, too.
I would also vote for him to participate in the comp, but only with the condition that he used the DQ card at some point in the future. It isn't fair for people who watched and liked the concept of the DQ card or people who would have changed their mind if he had posted the new version of the card (including me).
Agree, let him particiapte with this condition (I find it fair).

IMO it sucks when druid can depend only on the expansion cards.
Why do they need Classic set ? Let's just HoF it and forget about it.
