I'm doing well with 2xBilefin Tidehunter, but, in my deck I use Gormok the Impaler. I don't muligan for they, but the 1/1 taunt is a pain in the ass in some scenarios. Knife Juggler also combo with the Bilefin Tidehunter. Don't misunderstand me, Imp Gang Boss is the best, but switch him for something equal or better in the same role or in another role don't seems right to me.

Sometimes, when I face a lot of zoolike agroo, I change:
-1 Entomb
-1 Shadow Word: Pain
+1 Shadow Word: Death
+1 Baron Geddon = (+1 AOE Shadow Holy Nova +7/5 body and Late Game token vs Control)
