This is a question addressed mainly to people who are playing this deck or have tried this deck but want to improve it. I've been keeping an eye on it lately and it got me kinda excited but with the rise of token druid and its lack of aoe(missile launcher + venomizer and explosive trap i don't think its enough or good enough because you still need to tech in other cards) is what keeps me from crafting the legendaries i need for it. Do you think this will touch t1 or will it just go down for the rest of this cycle of the year?
I'll appreciate as many arguments and answers as possible.
What do you guys think about Oblivitron so far? I've been keeping an eye on mechrattle hunter and it just looks too good with nine lives and the right mech deathrattles. Gotta say though that it looked like pure shit when it was revealed and even the whole mech package seemed unsatisfying but it's shaping up real nice so far.
I'm 95% aware of how the dust refund works when the year of the dragon hits, but i just want to be 100% sure before it happens.
So as it happens right now of all the cards that are gonna be HoFed I have the following: 2x normal doomguard, 2x normal naturalize, 2x normal divine favor, normal Genn, 1x normal gloom stag, 2x normal black cat, 2x normal murkspark eel.
Now what i wanna have confirmed is if i craft 2 golden copies for everything, and golden baku and genn, i will get the dust refund for the golden copies exclusively so then i can disenchant the golden ones and still have the normal copies? The thing is i have enough dust to do this, and i know it isn't such a big profit for common and rare cards, but i wanna maximize all the dust that i can get to the very last drop.
I gotta say from the get go that this brawl is the most infectious brawl i've played in a while, A FUCKING CESSPOOL. While I admit that I played rogue for an 8-3 streak, i also admit that rouge is nuisance here, priests don't stand a chance, easily crushed 3 of them, never mind the other classes. After my 4th win encountered only rouges so to whoever gets to a 12 win streak during the following days, hats down!!!
What do you guys think if they replaced one of the existing emotes with a laughing emote? I mean a literal laughing sound. Would it make the BM game waaay too strong and become one more reason to quit HS because of toxic players or would it be a fresh take on the interaction between players?
Dunno what to say about that, I crushed a lot of Highlander priests back in the dirty rat days with cubelock. Though not always a win but i would say 70% of the time it was delight seeing them concede after pulling out raza. One of the truly most powerful decks, if not close to the best, I'd say was the cubelock variant with both gul'dan DK and N'zoth. Oh boy, two waves of board fillers in one turn towards the end of the match was just waaay to OP in my opinion.
I mean if you don't change the DK Rexxar hero power at least do something with the battlecry. It is literally an immense tempo swing, and then Blizzard expects me to win against armor along with lifesteal rush, 10k hp taunts.
Why would they change anything about Rexxar when you have a DK that is already superior to it in almost every way (ie Gul'Dan)? On one hand you have a 6 mana Blizzzard effect with no freeze vs a 10 mana full board of value from no board. On one hand you have powerful, yet very slow, zombeasts vs 2 mana infinite value removal/stabilization/push/opponent tempo-killer.
Lul Rexxar is superior to gul'dan in almost every way. Only jaina comes close to the value and power lvl for it's cost.
I'm sorry, what?!? Yeah sure Rexxar's hero power might be a bit better objectively, but Guldan's battlecry is one of the most op battlecries to ever exist in hs, I mean...have you ever filled your board with 2 voidlords, 1 voidwalker, and 4 doomguards than watched your opponent cry in agony at 30 hp on the other side because he didn't have any answers left and just a few petty minions? I guess not. Rexxar became op only lately with the introduction of vicious scalehide and a few other gimmicks, Gul'dan dk has always been a powerhouse.
