Feel free to add me. I'm Stormwar#1788 on NA and I don't care who anyone is experience wise as long as they're chill to hang with. I plan to make a big push in ladder this month once GvG cards are out and I get myself situated with the changes.

posted a message on First ragefriend request!

I had a couple rage friends. Well, one for sure, the other one asked me why I didn't concede when he was BMing me and "Stole his win".

So, for the confirmed rage friend, I was in this hand lock vs. hand lock match on ladder that pretty much expended our decks. All giants were used, souls were being siphoned, hellfires firing hell, Rags shooting the worst targets possible, and both Jaraxxuses were played. I won due to my second hellfire being just enough to pull through, and my opponent added me after. I figured "hey, that was pretty good, I'll accept." I also thought that was a good sport request. I was wrong. The player raged at me hard before taking me off his list. He seemed particularly upset that I ran 2 hellfires at the time, and gave me this rather humorous lecture about how I shouldn't run 2 hellfires.

The other dude was a few months back when I played hand lock vs. legendary control warrior. He made sure he got me to 1 health intentionally with some big guys on the board and ended his turn. Next turn, giant+shadowflame, cross my fingers he didn't have lethal. He didn't. So I used Jaraxxus. I remembered he had about 35 hp in total, so over time I went from being hardcore BMed to getting the warrior to concede. The player then adds me and calls me a jerk for "stealing his win". He wasn't joking. So I guess that's also a rage friend?

I don't quite understand people who rage like they do in Hearthstone, or any online game for that matter. It's a game, and just like everything else in life things will not exactly go one's way sometimes. I only use two emotes, "Hello" and "Well Played" every game, never, ever concede (which leaves me prone to BMs and rage friends but that's for another topic), always try for exact lethal, and I'll go make friends with people, like a regular human being.
