No, I don't think so just yet. I have played (my version of) this deck even after the nerf on Leeching Poison, and I've found a really cool dagger-like play style that just wasn't there before. My winrates with this continue to be pretty much the same, considering one of the most powerful decks against this were Shudderwock and Odd Pally. I may be at a low rank or not, but it seems like Kingsbane is still out there, although probably not for long.
My edited version doesn't have Doomerang, 1 Prep and the Sprints. Again, I may be at low rank, but Sprint seems a little slow, now that you can't attack with your weapon on the same turn.
Supersid sorry for the really late reply, you probably can't see this :(
I know :D this deck still works great without Cold Blood triggering twice. Sorry if you thought it would work that way and crafted this deck because of that. I should have explained better :(
Hey! Sorry for the insanely late reply - I bet you can't even see this :( However, congratulations! You're the first guy I've ever explained this to who actually understood this!
I'd like to point out a few things you explained well or incorrectly -
The point about MUE possibly filling your hand is completely true! However, it's not random, so if you have close to an empty deck (and it doesn't matter how many Corrupted Bloods are inside unless you don't have enough health), yeah, you can play it!
Your second point explains exactly what I'm trying to do :D There actually is a max amount of times Corrupted Blood will shuffle itself - up to 60 cards, it then stops. When the opponent draws it, yes the cards will shuffle in but only later.
All of your points are completely correct, except the last part - about killing off your own Hakkar. You don't have to - it's a minion with a deathrattle! Although the way you explain it is definitely safer, I was thinking about playing Hakkar pretty much whenever - without any help. Of course, there is a silencing problem, but it can probably be solved through Kobold Illusionist (although this idea suffers), or Backstab and Evicserate.
However, now that Rataskhan is released, I have much higher doubts on if this will work. Whelp. It was a good run.
Seems cool with Oondasta. Both it and Oondasta being neutral seems pretty important, so it could be at some point used as Star Aligner wincon in Standard.
As a Quest Hunter player, I have to say that this card is AWESOME for the archetype. The 1/1s with rush just combo so well with Toxmonger and Houndmaster Shaw
Houndmaster Shaw? :)

Really interesting card and really powerful with Dire Frenzy / Quest. I saw Thjis playing Quest with Dire Frenzy, and this makes that deck a little more playable.

supposed to be a legendary. Sorry.
Next: A card that uses the Lifesteal keyword to help Paladin.

Dont think so. Look at its beak.
Anyone watched Fantastic Beasts recently?

really cool, but pulls away from kingsbane being actually used in pirate decks.
That sucks. I love kingsbane.

not trash at all - this is a third and fourth execute! Could be useful in tons of decks.

technically 8 split into dif turns. The Coin is a spell.
But you knew that :D

Works like a 2 3/3 with Rush in some cheap Pirate deck Rogue might run. Seems good and interesting enough to have that see some play. Very good card.

I feel really happy I haven't dusted my lonely Crowley now. You've made my day.
