In what world is the warrior boss not OP? a turn 1 5/8 ok bro. Thanks for the games.

Edit: Oddly enough, he's not as bad when you face him later on and actually have synergy & burst damage to either keep the shrine killed or keep his armor down. Was an easy completed run with hero power mage and this dude as the 7th boss.

I've got a better idea: Give Spellbreaker Divine Shield, Taunt, and Deathrattle: Return this minion to hand. SeemsGood

posted a message on Netdecking in Casual

I'd like to gather other people in the community's input on this topic. Netdecking in casual mode: is it scummy, or is it perfectly fine?

I'm kind of on the moderate side on this one. I like to play casual when my daily quests don't exactly like up with me playing ranked (i.e. Win 5 matches as Warrior). It sometimes FeelsBadMan queueing into Cubelock or Spiteful priest when you're trying to complete Murlocalypse. On the other hand, I love knowing how some of my off-meta/meme decks stack up against the big boys. I even win some of those games and that can feel pretty rewarding.

I'd just like to see where everyone else's opinions lay.

    Quote from Fog_za >>

I used to try out tricky netdecks in casual but I stopped because I would hit F2P guys who are probably struggling to get quests and gold, and I felt bad. I'd often concede after they played basic cards that would never see play normally, but sometimes they concede first and that sucks.

This is another point I probably should've made and I'm glad you brought it up.

I've personally taken top tier decks to casual (spiteful priest, when K&C first dropped, for example) to figure out how their synergies worked, how to mulligan, etc. and genuinely felt bad when queueing into someone who's relatively new to the scene. I can put myself in that person's shoes and I feel like it would be quite demoralizing to queue into a competitive deck in casual when you have a limited collection and can't really compete with it. Every person can relate to being new to the game and being low on cards, so you're forced to work with what you've got.

You're misunderstanding. You Carnivorous Cube a Doomguard or Voidlord, then play Voodoo Doll, targeting the Cube, then Mortal Coil the Voodoo Doll, killing the Cube.

4 mana, kill a Cube and draw a card.
