Been so after the buffd

Yep, all my hunter decks says 28 cards, but when I enter edit_mode it has 30. Not entirly same but similar.

This is the stupidest thats ever happened to me in this game. My copy of Unleash the beast was simply glued to my heros face so I was unable to attack with my weapon for lethal. I simply couldn*t see my hero behind the card. After a 15 min match as OTK hunter thats just what you want

Since I acctually got some likes and some comments, I will be writing a mulligan and aguide as soon as I can, and I hope to be able to do it within Sunday :-)

Just so I get this right, you want to switch Zilliax for Gruul?

Is it actually functioning on ladder?

I have been playing the deck for the last two expansions and I have had a 70% winstreak with it every time I have played it. Unfortunatly I get tired of decks too quikcly so I never hit Legend, but that is never my intention either.

Against aggro you have to hard mulligan for boardclear of any sort. Keep eternal servitude if you have a grizzly, if not, go for early clears (Spirit lash and the 1 mana deal 2 damage) and boardclears(Mass hysteria and psycic scream)

Against control you want to get you Velen or Maly out as quick as possible, oftentimes with shadow essence (I run a version with two of these cards, and it has proven to be the best to me.) If they have hex or poly you just shadow word death you velene and try to beat them with 3 spellstones. In these matchups you win 50% with combo, and 50% with resummoning big minions and taking them down this way.

Against Odd warrior, just try to resummon as many big cards as you can, while you try to bait out clears when you can. You wont win with combo, but you will win with 3 spellstones and some eternal servitudes

Agaisnt combo: Get your combo faster, or try to delay theirs by psycic screaming a full board into their deck and stuff like that. Against togwaggle you will most of the time loose anyway, but most other combo matchups schould be quite good.

All in all I recomend to watch this video, and to use the deck described as a hybrid version. Thats the one that has worked the best for me :)

Has anyone got some decks they are having a lot of fun with (standard) and that they'd like to share?

Y’all seem to be confusing this card with 400 dust. Where are all the Mage players at!? Maybe Mozaki doesn’t overtake the meta, but I’m not ready to dismiss this as a nothing card so easily.

I’m climbing through diamond with a mage deck I built that runs Chenvalla, and I can easily conjure several 5/5’s in a single turn. Point being, playing loads of spells in a single turn, (and gaining 10 spell power on Mozaki) is very possible. (Mainly centered around Sorcerers Apprentice/Evocation, only a three card combo)

For maximum effect let’s pretend we have ten mana. Spend 5 on Mozaki, then 2 on Sorcerers Apprentice, (I won’t even give us a coin in this scenario) then we rip a 1 mana copy of Ancient Mysteries in hand, play the 0 mana secret, 0 mana Evocation, from that we get, 0 mana Learn Draconic, 0 mana Magic Trick-> 0 mana Ray of Frost... and again, oh and Evocation generated another Evocation (happens plenty), another 1 mana Ancient Mysteries-> 0 mana secret, 1 mana Arcane Blast (deals 10 damage wipes board), 0 mana Arcane Missles (14 damage face).

This isn’t even a pipe dream. I’m not saying it will happen every game, but if you build a deck looking to abuse her strength, and/or Chenvalla/Mana Cyclone/Mana Giants strengths, this type of combo is totally possible. 

This is why we need attack limits in Battlegrounds of 10-12 attack.

Honestly I find Archmage Vargoth to be terrible in this deck. Was playing against someone that had it the other day, basically threw the game away

Any thoughts on mixing in Archmage Vargoth? Trying to find room is tough but all those synergies with no target spells look great. Maybe for Batterhead

Amazing deck and super fun to play!

Only thing I'd swap out is the Batterhead. I understand its very good against aggro but getting it from a Muckmorpher as a 4/4 is kinda bad imo. Maybe switch it for Cairne Bloodhoof to make stuff stick better on the board

I'm missing Archmages and Big Bad Voodoo, will this deck work if I replace them with 2x Deranged Doctor and 2x Mutate ?

I don’t have that bad match up against agro to be honest, warlock aggro is the most common in aggro decks and you can get big cards from warlock thanks to academic espionage. Also, you have some good defensive tools, the only problem is that you have no heal at first. Against maly druid it’s harder than i expected, you really rely on the cards you’ll get from academic espionage, and you have to be as fast as possible. The easiest match up is hunter, i farm deathrattle or secret hunters with this deck. It’s also really good against control warlock that you often see in ladder. The deck mechanics are hard though, you have many possibilities in your first turns and mulligan, you need to play it many games before you understand what is your best play.
