Most of these are generally pretty safe disenchants. The only one here I would keep is Dollmaster Dorian; due to Bloodbloom's impending nerf, there's a decent chance that Dorian will become the only way to make mecha'thun warlock work. Outside of that, while some of these have niche uses (like Arugal in the occasional pocket galaxy mage), they're generally not worth keeping around if competitive laddering is your main objective.
Having said that, this advice only really holds up for the wild format. I'm not very well-versed in the standard meta these days, so I'm going to let someone more qualified give advice on the legendaries that are still legal there.

So, this is similar to Spikeridged Steed. both give taunt, 8 in stats, and an extra buff, all for 6 mana. Spikeridged Steed was more defensively valuable since you also got an extra 2/6 Taunt, not to mention 2 more health (2/6 stats instead of 4/4), but the divine shield and extra attack can still be useful.

because god forbid a rare card from an expansion have a stronger effect than a basic card from a different class. Besides, remember Ultimate Infestation?
EDIT: this is a response to everyone comparing this to Sprint, not a complaint about the card's quality.

BUT WE FIGHT!

if you use this on a previously played minion, the 2 health helps it trade into bigger things. Plus, the 2 health and taunt force your opponent to either trade into or remove it, and use more resources to do so, all for one mana.

Yay! A (relatively) expensive Thief Rogue card AND a low attack rush minion all in one! Awesome! I'm sure this will be everyone's favorite card when it comes out and nobody will just immediately forget about it five seconds after leaving this page.

Yeah, honestly Shaman doesn't really need Earthquake when this exists.

first reveal season? they usually wait a week or so after the initial reveals before the community reveals kick off.

Turn 1 Togwaggle's Scheme in hand, turn 2 or 3 lackey generator, turn 7 lackey, Heistbaron Togwaggle, pick Wondrous Wand, coin, Togwaggle's Scheme onto Heistbaron Togwaggle, Preparation into Wondrous Wand, repeat, long story short, you now have six Heistbaron Togwaggles on the board, and various other cards you can instantly play for free.

I (unironically) hope you plan on playing Wild. (Seroiusly, come to Wild, it's great).

As a Wild player, I am tempted to try Standard again, with all the powerful cards that are rotating out. Especially those two.
