I have a question - and I couldn't seem to find an answer when I Googled it. So I come here to ask:
Is there a way to see if I have previously owned a card and then dusted it?
You would say: "well, if you used your brain, you could remember such things, and this wouldn't be a problem."
Well, my brain doesn't always work that way.
Long story: I just opened Jace Darkweaver, and I thought it would be cool to try out Fel Demon Hunter, but I am missing both Il'gynoth and Zai, the Incredible, which both seem to be useful in that deck. so I thought I might try a few packs from Darkmoon Faire instead of crafting them first.
The thing is... I think I had both of these guys at one point but I can't for the life of me remember if I did have them and dusted them, or if I'm totally imagining it.
Currently, my collection achievement is showing that I'm missing two legendary DH cards from Darkmoon Faire, which would lead me to believe that I never had them... but it could also be that the achievement doesn't count as completed unless you have them all at the same time, as opposed to checking them off one by one as you get them indefinitely... (can anyone confirm or deny this?)
Final thought: if you were only missing one or two legendaries from a set, and duplicate protection was going to guarantee that you'd get those (if you pull a legendary), would you throw some gold at packs, or just craft them?

Worst idea ever. A card which can always be played due to 0 mana and enables all tribe benefits "if you have X in your hand", "if you control X", .. Totally nuts.

Hadn't played wild before, but saw that Pirate Warrior is doing well there.
With the free core set, you already have a lot of pirates. Only expensive craft was Ancharr, already had the Stormwind Pirate quest.
Played a bit and noticed Warlock is unwinnable with Pirate Quest Warrior. Added 2 Executes to the deck, now I'm beating them too.
Flamewaker Mage is a bit silly, virtually OTK'd me on Turn 4, but out of about 20 games only have seen 1 truly ridiculous deck like that. Secret Mages are relatively fair tame compared to that.
I think Wild is pretty great.
I know it is prone to get some toxic metas like the Demon Seed or a few months ago Wretched Tiller nonsense or bugs like Maxima/Cthun.

Those buffs are a joke, they're still much worse than Warsong Wrangler or Scavenger's Ingenuity.
It's a 2mana 1/3 that gives you a free COPY of your WIN CONDITION.
Basically a BUFFED Netherspite Historian, without the downside. And we know how much that one saw play in the right decks.

I feel as though the baseline effect of Runed Mithril Rod and the reward for Gain Momentum should be switched. I feel like discounting a full hand twice is still good even at 4 mana and the first two parts of the Demon Hunter Questline don't meant much since you often times already used the cards you drew to draw more.

I always get a bit disappointed when I see one of these very-specific legendaries that only support a keyword or themed cards from one expansion. If it doesn't work out for that one, it will just never work out, since Blizzard's rarely gonna go back and re-add old keywords in future sets

pretty much powercreeped by Dark Alley Pact. Either you play a card that's only good if you have a full hand for 8/6 stats, or you play a card that's good if your hand is full enough and summons a 9/9 at maximum.
If you're going for Handlock, with Valdris Felgorge, there's no way you'd run Anetheron over Dark Alley Pact

How will this work with battlecry doubling?
Mailbox Dancer with Pen Flinger is the first thing that comes to mind, and anything with lackeys or whatever would be brutal with a potent enough battlecry. (Ok, watching the reveal, that's the first combo they mention)

So far, some good fel spells are Mana Burn, Chaos Strike, fury rank 3, Metamorphosis, and possibly Fel Guardians
