Not even. totem shaman has been easily getting destroyed by just about any opponent deck, as a matter of fact shaman in general has been under preforming since forever. You are only saying that because you think value stats can be a turning point in a match when in reality its far from it. this card at 4 hp is literally getting wiped by almost any aoe spell. making it 5/5 would at least give shaman a fair chance at staying in the fight longer than usual.
