I was trying to design it as a Quest reward, but can't find the proper theme for that. Then tried to apply the effect of Molten Giant, as like 15-Cost and "Costs (1) less for each damage your hero has taken", but it is too long and ineffective. So the final version was a 6 Mana 3/3 with this effect.
An Alternative version of Flamewaker and I hope it give Beast Druid the ability to control the board in someway.
Also this card was trying to give Druid the ability to deal with the situation where when Beast Druid lost the control of the board, it is hard for them to take it again.
I hope this one will help Beast Druid to control the board as well as to provide card draw to activate some combos.

A little change from the original version, from 4/4 to a 3/3. Hoping that will help.

I was still thinking it should be like 4/4/4 with a effect that is too op or should be like 4/2/4 to make it more balance?
Or as a Legendary, it is balance at all?
The main idea for this minion is to limit your opponent's cards. It will be extremely effective when encounter Twilight Drake

This effect is that Broxigar will deals his damage first and if that minion he attacks died, Broxigar will not receive the damage.
For instance, using Broxigar to attack a 3/2 Bloodfen Raptor will resulting in Broxigar alive with 3/1 and that Bloodfen Raptor dies.

Well, my former card seems not qualified. So I made another card.
It's mage's level 75 talent, the Nether Tempest, but I can't find proper picture for it.
So I use the picture of Netherstorm instead.
