Wild legend player here . As you know togg druid is currently at the bottom of tier 1 with this card is being released I believe togg druid can contest for s tier. You only need to draw this and ramp and you have all essential 4 pieces of the combo .After the turn your opponent has to kill you or they will have no win condition whatsoever . I am actually surprised that blizz released a card like that . I hope aviana kun won't get changed as it would effect my main deck (maly druid). 

power = 10/10

balance= 2/10

Or just bring chat to hearthstone so that I can share my thoughts about my opponent's mother. Or even voice chat can solve this problem by this way I can swear them like a crazed indian tech support scammer.
