The idea of limited draw until turn (6) can be simply implied by sticking the cards to a (6) cost Legendary Minion and give it a body. But it would seems to counter the idea of Legendary Spells...
Maybe consider making these Legendary Spells to be a guaranteed draw at turn (1) just like the existing Quest cards but it comes with a tradeoff just like Amalgamate so that the player can choose to play it or mulligan it away to play it at a later stage of the game.
BTW, love the theme of It's Classified based on how hearthstone links Mage with Mechs in the GvG expansion and pushes Secret Mage with more Tempo.
Next: A new type of Hero Class card. A Light Knight. Choose any class and make a hero for him with something that are you considering to be a Light Knight
Note 1: Basically the chosen minion will keep attacking its enemy minions until it dies. Frustratedly. Note 2: If there's is no enemy minion anymore, nothing will happen. Note 3: A Maximum cap of 14 loops the same as Defile is applied if the chosen minion somehow survives.
A really interesting way to interact with Frozen minions and definitely would see play if Freeze Shaman becomes viable. But I think Blizzard need to print more cards before making it a viable deck. BTW love the card art!
Note 1: Ideally, this card would shut down AOE cards like Flamestrike or Maelstrom Portal Note 2: If targetable spells like Frostbolt is chosen, the targeted minion will still be frozen although no damage is dealt. Note 3: Your opponent wouldn't know which spell you've chosen obviously.
