Thanks guys, too bad I can't join the hype train :( Gotta farm previous cards sigh. Would you say BRM + LoE + 15 classic packs, or BRM + 30 packs? Not sure if both adventures are useful in constructed?

Neither option is a bad plan!  BRM and LoE both have their good cards, it depends on what you want to play.  Can't go wrong with either though.  Maybe look through each adventure's cards on here and decide which you want more, or if both are worth getting right away to you.
Personally I think both adventures are useful for filling in a few spots in already existing decks rather than building decks, so I would get more packs and 1 adventure for now.

You have come at a very unique time my friend!  Things are just about to get shaken up in hearthstone more then they ever have with the release of the new standard mode and Whispers of the Old Gods in just a few days, so it's hard to say for sure.

For beginners the classic packs are always a good bet since they have many solid cards that form the basis of all decks in the game, for both standard and wild.  They will also always be playable in any mode, unlike other adventures and expansions which will eventually rotate out of standard mode (standard mode, which launches in a couple days, will only allow the classic set plus the few most recent expansions/adventures).

If you think wild mode, which is where you can play with any card released ever, sounds fun then I would recommend trying to get at least 1 wing of Curse of Naxxramas (700 gold or $6.99 I believe) since that adventure will be leaving the shop on tuesday.  If you get 1 wing now you can buy the rest later at your own leisure.  I would also buy as many Goblins vs Gnomes packs as you can since they are also leaving the shop on tuesday.

If standard mode sounds more like your cup of tea, then it's hard to say what's best to get.  No one is quite sure what standard will bring, but there are a few things you could look at getting for it.  Blackrock Mountain, The Grand Tournament, The League of Explorers, and the upcoming Whispers of the Old Gods will all be in standard, and they all have their pros and cons.  Buy what sounds the most exciting to you, since that's probably what you'll enjoy the most, and for the next couple weeks lots of things will be viable.  If you want to make sure you get the best possible cards for your buck, then your best bet is to wait to see how the meta shakes out in standard and get classic packs in the meantime.

Overall it's a very exciting time in Hearthstone, and just about anything is viable at the moment.  Hope this helps!

Am I the only one who thinks the golden animation is pretty awesome?

When it comes to legendaries rarity does in fact play a role in card strength.  Since you can only include 1 legendary in a deck, legendaries can be stronger than, say, a common card.

Awesome card!  But can't help but wonder why they're pushing C'thun on certain classes only?

Pretty similar to Polluted Hoarder, honestly.  1 more health and you get a random card instead of one from your deck.  Does that push it into viability range though?  Hard to say.

What? Reincarnate is from BRM, it's still in rotation...

So then the "what if" idea behind this card is that Deathwing has come to lead the remaining dragonflight against the Old Gods?  Neat.  Kinda conceptually similar to Ragnaros, Lightlord
