Yet I'm very rarely seen (you almost never see core rager played these days)

Most people say I'm weak (4 mana 4/4 is very weak)

But the punch I pack is mean (the card packs the potential to be a 7/7)

I tried to not make this too hard, but you might get it pretty quickly

short fuse could refer to how he immediately gets killed

jaraxxus is blocking the sun so that covers the sunglasses line

in the last lines of the riddle it could be referring to the wow thing where the horde and alliance had to fight jaraxxus

fast fuse referring to how she is often killed immediately when played, and the power to abuse referring to how her effect is amazing.

in the golden picture her head is blocking the sun so that fits the no sunglasses part
