Cultist is too powerful. Drawing a card is worth 1.5 mana (see Novice Engineer and Gnomish Inventor) Dealing 2 health to your hero is worth -1 mana, tops (See Flame Imp). So, from stats and effects, Cultist has a value of 5 mana, for 4 mana. You need to make him a 4/4, or a 4/5 and increase the self-damage if you want to keep the card draw. It would be fine if you just dropped the draw.
Tired Khajit is also too powerful. Even if your opponent has no minions out, he is on mana curve for a neutral minion, so slightly underpowered. With just 1 minion out, he is probably neutral. Any more, and he's super efficient. You need to balance it against your opponent having 2-3 minions out. I think you should change his cost to 3.
Lord Harkon is probably okay. A little on the powerful side, maybe, but he is legendary. I would probably change him, though, just because he seems derivative of Baron Geddon.
Dragon Priest is way too powerful. The problem is mainly the 3/3 tokens. I would change them to like 2/1 tokens.
@nurgling13 thanks, for the feedback :)
I completely agree with you on the Cultist, gonna make him a 4/4 xD
Yeah, if you're playing against a Warlock that just summoned 4 Imps, you would get a 2/6 for 2 mana, that is really OP. I will lower his stats a bit and make him 3 mana.
The thing with the Dragon Priest is that the Draugr are also an early game card, no only a minion, I guess I will change it so the Dragon Priest has its own token, 2/2 guys. I think 2/1 is to weak. It needs to summon at least 3 dudes to get to Savannah Highmane level, and scar Savannah is just a rare.
Even though Lord Harkon is "probaly OK", I guess I will make him a 7/4, I think he is way better than Baron Geddon right now xD

Hey, there are some cards that I feel that need more balance, can you give me feed back?

    1. Cultist: He has better than average stats and draw a card, 2 damage is to little to pay? I mean, he is like an Yeti on steroids with life tap. Maybe I should make him a 4/5 or 4/4.
    2. Tired Khajiit: Is he to strong? I tryed to base me on Wyrmrest Agent, but this little fella can turn into a 2/9. Maybe only 1 attack, maybe a 1/1 minion?
    3. Lord Harkon: He is a token, you cast a 5-mana spell, sacrifice one of your minions and can summon him or 2 other legendary vampires. The other ones are fine, but Lord Harkon is a better Baron Geddon with a small drawback. Should I make his deathrattle deal more damage?
    4. Dragon Priest: For some goddamn reason I haven't realised how powerful this thing is, the Draugr are 3/3 minions that can't attack heroes (I will add them and the card that summon Lord Harkon on a spoiler below). I really want him to stay costing 6 mana, this class curve will be quite high, but it can't have more 7 drops than Control Warrior, should I lower his stats? A 4/4, 3/5? I mean, 2/6 ain't good and adding less than 8 will make it way worse then Savannah Highmane.

    The Tokens/Token Generators:

Oh, I made a lot of cards, not only these ones, if you want to check them out, their lore, etc, and give me your opinion, check the album: http://imgur.com/a/08xjn

@ercjlee101 This Strategem keyword is quite nice, not ovewpowered, but very control-ish :D
I think your legendary could actually have more attack, maybe 3 :)
Btw, your keyword remembered me of a famous scene from a popular Brazilian movie, you should check it, it is about strategy xD

@DKPaladinMDL You concept is quite nice and that infographic must have took some time xD
I agree you the guys, since she virtually has "Immune while attackin" I guess it would be fair to lower her stats, maybe 1/2 or even 0/2. Btw, does melody ignores taunt?

    @IacusRex
I liked the concept of "Survival", but I think that the hero power is a bit crazy in one aspect, it lets you know, within a few uses, most of your deck sequence, I think that shuffling them back was more fair.

@layrit Thanks for the feedback :)
I want to keep that feeling with the DB Assassin, I will take some time to see if reducing the "6 or less" fits better.
That Hold Guard is a token, I tryed to add a description here in the forum, but I guess I failed. I would like to make his text on italic (As Dr. Boom's text), but hearthcards.net doesn't allow that, I guess I will remove it later.
Oh, if by the token you meant the Dragon Priest, sorry, I've showed the Draugr before, but it would be this guy:

Hey guys, I got quite excited with the new (and my first) entry! So I kinda made all the class cards :D
But English isn't my main language, so I would be really help if someone help me checking if all my grammar is correct among my cards. You can check them all om my imgur album: http://imgur.com/a/08xjn
You can also give me feedback on them if you're interested, but the priority is the English.
Oh, btw, I am constantly updating the album, enhancing quality, balancing cards, fixing typos, etc.

    Some nice demos:
    He is a token :p

@layrit I am aiming for a Control class, that is why I think it can afford a 6 mana deal 2 damage. Oh, I kinda that made the whole class already, just holding most cards until phase 2. So, just as regular hearthstone classes, I guess it can have some overpriced cards. But maybe 5 mana was fair. The thing is that no one uses Mass Dispel, so is quite hard to guess the value of the silence all enemies effect :c

Hey, I tryed to mix Mass Dispel with Blizzard. I took Blizzard as reference instead of Consecration due to the effect, but I is the effect fair? I made it initialy as a 8 mana and dealing 3 damage, but that was way too expensive for a card that might let a lot of stuff alive.

I liked all your cards :)
But I think Sun and Moon is a bit too strong on the enemy minion debuff, I guess it would be fair if you made it only reduce the enemy's attack :)

I am trying to make some nice cards, but I don't know if I made Miraak and Draugr to OP xD
I though about making Miraak 9 or 10 mana, its effect is quite crazy, it is like an combo of Faceless Manipulator + Assassinate. But I tryed making it a bit lower due to how it would be expensive against cheap aggro decks, it is also vulnerable to silence. I tryed to created a good aggro counter with the Draugr, they are pretty large for a 1 mana minion (3/3), but can't hit face, fair enough?

I created the Dovahkiin (Not really his name, you pick your name)! The dragonborn, the hero who will save all Tamriel! His hero power is (Of course) Fus Ro Dah!
    Class name is Dragonborn.
The class is Control-ish, it has many minions as Ancient of Lore, with low stats for their mana cost, but with a powerful battlecry, making your deck have more minions and less spells. Playing the Sneaky/Stealth guy is really a thing on TESV, so the class has a lot of Stealth minions too, you could try to make a Combo Dovahkiin, but I would preffer the Control one. I made about 45 cards, So you can already make a Reno Jackson deck! I really tryed to keep on the lore side and make all cards be related to their characteristics found on TES games. You will see common Skyrim Enemies, Blessings and artifacts from Daedric Princes and  even more.

The Draugr is an early enemy you will find in Skyrim. They're aren't really smart, so I made them unable to attack heroes.

    Dawnbreaker
is a Daedric Artifact, they are like legendary items that God-like creatures made. Dawnbreaker is effective against undead in the Elder Scrolls lore, so I made the weapon useful against deathrattle minions.

Alduin is a powerful dragon that bring dead dragons back to life! It is the main antagonist of TESV. I maid it quite expensive since his battecry can go quite wild summoning big minions.
