Thank goodness the 'New Player Experience' bug has been fixed; no need to expand on that Blizz, we all know exactly what it means.

What? Dragon Warrior looks at least decent, and Odd Warrior is already meta.

Dauthdaert1 posted a message on Final Rastakhan Card Reveal Stream - Live Updates!Posted in: NewsI'm seeing a lot of people commenting on how this stream was pretty boring. I agree to an extent, but I find it funny how this shows that y'all are very difficult to please. "Day9 is too cringy and tries too hard to be funny" "Ah jeez this hype stream is so boring bleh". A big part of me thinks that it's just complaining for the sake of complaining.
I think the issues here are the low number of high impact/legendary cards revealed here, too many were dropped beforehand. And Dean Ayala just seemed tired, his voice was monotone the entire time and his face never demonstrated any excitement. He's been interacting with these cards for months, I'm sure he's getting tired of it all now. Kibler is a talented streamer and Hearthstone player, and his mentality is good for these streams, to see all the new cards. Brode and Day9 were always excited, laughing, or telling jokes. Anybody who complains about one or two of them being cringy is just being edgy. They at least provided excitement.
All around I think this is a good set. I'll surely experiment with lots of the cards, although I wish the Hunter's Loa was a little more exciting, I think in the future in regards to streams, they should just reveal fewer legendaries in the interim to make them more interesting substance-wise. In terms of hosts, there's no point in trying. Nothing will please anybody. Personally I hope Thijs makes it onto a reveal stream someday.

Now that you mention it, this could be good for my Pogo Rogue for that point in the game were you stabilize, but you've only got 5 health left, no Zilliax left, and you're just begging that your opponent can't kill you next turn

I personally think High Priestess Jeklik might be the card to really make disco warlock work. It won't be top teir, but now that discarding can provide more cards instead of losing them, it might see some serious play.

Best: Hunter with Mage as a close second
Got better: Paladin, Warrior, Warlock (they got more zoo synergy so thats fun)
No change: Rogue
Got worse: Druid
Worst: Priest
???????: Shaman

Interesting. Good drop on one if you're control, but otherwise its terrible. Bad except in very few niche circumstances

Definitely going to be good in Arena, but not top teir since its the start of your opponents turn, not good enough for standard

This fits really well into a midrange or control deck. I think that since all of the Mage cards have been pushing towards those types of decks, this will be really good. I think we'll spend a lot of time cursing this secret when we don't have the spell removal to completely deal with those large bodies.
Also a huge this is huge for playing Doomsayer against zoo. This card means they'll need to spend 14 damage to get through it, or waste most of their spell based removal

Could it be? A card that doesn't fuck over Discard Warlock by discarding your highest cost card immediately?

While that would make sense, this way makes actual sense too (which isn't common in American unit systems). Because when we talk about dates (at least in English) we would say "November 22nd" rather than "The 22nd of November", while both are grammatically correct, but one is much more common in spoken English
