I've revised your deck and have had extremely good success (crosses fingers) against Pirate Warrior, Jade Rogue, Burn Mage, Delay Mage, Jade Druid etc etc...Crystal Rogue is still a problem but can be beaten. The key change is adding two Spirit Echo cards, cut a Devolve, and added two Mana Tide Totem. These changes allow you to answer the early rush, trade and probably die, but revive elementals to play again. At some point your opponent doesn't have enough fire power to stave off another round of elementals as they get bigger and bigger.
After playing with this deck I can't say it's the best Shaman deck I've used. That would go to a hybrid Jade/Elemental deck or an Evolve deck. The problem here is the deck doesn't really have a way to build or defend against early pressure. No flame totem no jade claws. The draw power is especially bad. You're just praying each turn the right elemental comes along and they may or may not. Thanks for your deck though and glad you found success.
How does it fare compared to the 71% evolve shaman. I'm at rank 10 with that one and get absolutely wrecked by Reno Lock. I destroy most mages, Druids are like 50/50, Hunter can be a prblem, Priest Paly and Shaman are usually wins.
This deck has put me on a 7 game wnning streak. It is annoying as hell to a play. It can play aggro or control or both simultaneously. By the time the opponent has a board clear it is too late. GAMEOVER.

could you tell us a better mage deck?

This deck isn't good at all. Too slow no burst. The deck below it is better.

Devolve the bastard

Looks like a Mage Destroyer.

A friend of mine was also running a Windspeaker.....great burst potential but we need a 4 elemental for sure.

I like that Master of Evolution idea....Hmmm.
