You're very clearly misunderstanding what he meant. He was game *director* on a team of many people, he no longer was working directly in creating content, which is where his passions lay.

Literally NOBODY except you and the person who replies to me and says they want it too actually want "Allow you to draft your deck and then not use 5 cards?". If you don't know how to play arena and play your deck at the cutting edge of it's potential, then the problem is you, not your deck.

Umm.. because Arena is a thing in the game that many take very seriously.. if they print a really bad common like this, then it is horrible for Arena players.
