My logic assumes it would work similar to King Togwaggle. The person with an empty deck gains a card while the person with cards still remaining in deck gains nothing.
When I first saw this card art on the card reveals page, I thought Rafaam was using a weapon similar to the t-shirt launchers at sporting events to fire artifacts out into the crowd. Upon closer inspection of the larger card image, I see it's nothing so silly as that...would have been funny though.
A touching tale. Might I propose one edit? "Desert" is a barren area of landscape. "Dessert" is the sweet ending to that nice dinner. Remember: You'll want more of your mother's [Insert signature dessert recipe], therefore you choose the version of the word that contains more of the letter 's'. Hope this helps.

There should probably be a dragon in there somewhere to trigger Cathedral Gargoyle's battlecry...

Why would you remove Genn Greymane from an even deck?

Why no Zephrys the Great?

Okay, I get what you are saying. Zephrys is pretty incredible though. Been using him in most of my decks since crafting him, and he wins games.

Where is Zephrys the Great?

I don't see how you can use Kazakus in a rogue deck when he is part of the Kabal (mage/priest/warlock).

When are you supposed to use Zephrys the Great amidst all of these duplicate cards?

The Poisonous does not carry over through Blade Flurry. It will deal the weapon's damage, but does outright destroy the minions.

It could be even more fun if you rounded it out by adding a 30th card.

I support the elemental movement.

...and 13 cards can be added to this deck. I assume you'll want N'Zoth, the Corruptor in here, since you've chosen "N'Zoth Hunter" as the archetype.

You have room to add nine more cards...
