The Warrior hero power is kinda important to have, it really helps a lot to survive against not just aggro but in a late game fatigue war as well, and drawing cards is bad in a control vs control match-up.
Correct thought. And that is what we are all probably missing here guys: for the first time in Hearthstone history Blizzard allows us to change class approach from the start of the game! Warrior was always bound to "Control" archetype because of very limited implementation of its hero power. Pirate Aggro archetype was quiet popular once, but let's admit it, Warrior's hero power was absolutely useless in it. Of course Blizzard tried many variations of how to break initial class hero power limitations and some of them even had great success, like Fire Plume's Heart. Nevertheless imho with invoke mechanic we have completely different approach to those limits. We will see how it goes but for now I am excited.
Blizzard mentioned fixing long animations. Otherwise it is not worse than Quest Mage. And yes, to survive long enough against Aggro/Tempo decks requires a combination of skill and luck.

Even that is not true. You only get the legendary you don't have till you got in ONCE. After that it is again totally RANDOM (legendary in that case).

Emeriss deck is playable indeed. I agree with adding second Tol'vir Warden for reliable 2xStonetusk Boar for the buff.
