Well I could say the same for you. Instead of you trying to police to the point of banning words because you don't like them, perhaps you should leave before getting triggered. God help us if you get mod.

Yes now the community being toxic is the firstly the fault of the devs poor game decisions and then second the poor moderation of sites like this. Lets all get together and condemn the people that work hard, and most for free while we further justify ourselves. KAPPA
This is just denial at its best. Your behavior is your own. How you present yourself is your choice. How you treat people is your choice. No one forces you to do anything. The game, the devs, the mods, the community does not make people bad. You just chose to behave badly. (yes I am a parent, lol).

That's not what he said. Wanting the game to get better is awesome. However, he said it's entitlement to expect something and think you deserve it for basically nothing, which, is true.

Most players who are on this forum have brilliant individual ideas. However, most, not all, are ideas in a bubble. Just watching card creation competitions and the winners each month it's clear this community as a whole prefers and wants ridiculous and OP cards. If all the top rated fan cars went into HAS the game would be so beyond broken and imbalanced... You think the meta with arguably the most playable decks right now is imbalanced. Games in HS could be won in 3-5 turns long before MSG and if you don't like the current flavour of the standard meta there's this awesome thing called rotation.

Thing is everyone wants something now. HS has already been here for years and will stay for many many more. Instant changes while gratifying will do nothing but thin out HS faster. Dev teams need to plan for months and years down the road. Not nerfs tomorrow. And ya some Dev teams cater totally to their fan base. T5 takes its own inspiration while including the fan base. I can totally respect their artistic right and choice to excerise that freedom and keep it their game.

So yes he's right, the community has a heavy sense of entitlement. Support for success doesn't mean anyone owes anything to you. Maybe a thanks for playing, but we get that already in the form of free card packs and card backs regularly. But we want and deserve more! Wait what's that called, entitlement.

Blame game confirmed. It's your fault so we are okay being little arrogant shits about your work and efforts. Cool story.

I'm 50/50 here. I agree as any artist is exposed to subjective opinion T5 needs to accept negative criticism. However, no human being has to subject themselves to thinga like death threats, harsh insults and general abuse from their community either. The Dev team has seen what Mr Bride has weathered being the face of HS and if I was in the position, as social as I am, I too would not want to expose myself to that.

The main fact is it's the devs game and they ultimately can do as they please including expose themselves publicly to the community or not. The real problem here is many in the community think their opinion is right and if they don't get what they want everyone else should be damned for their suffering and entitlement.

It's arrogance and childishness by a vocal few that have left T5 in this awkward state of wanting to be involved in community conversation (key is conversation NOT listening to demands) but not wanting to suffer through it. Everyone who wants more should remember our opinions are simply that, opinions and crucifying others for disagreeing just ruins it for everyone.

posted a message on Jade has shaped the aggressive, anti-control meta

I refute. Really. It's a subjective opinion with no evidence. My refutle is clearly right based on my own subjectivity. Care to elaborate further?

Also, dragon priest stomps all pirate decks and jade druid too, kinda awkward that this totally contradicts both points in your statement.

posted a message on Whats the point of hearthstone ladder blizzard?
    Quote from GhostTrickx1 >>
    Quote from Meteorite12 >>

If you believe Blizzard to be bad at balancing this game then would you please show us how the cards should all be so perfectly balanced? I mean, you're acting like it's so easy, so why don't you do it?

This has to be one of the most obnoxious and pathetic fanboy excuses a person can make. "Oh someone is complaining about something I like? Well then make it yourself!"
Stop acting like a child. We have data that serves as proof that the game is unbalanced and has always been unbalanced. You know who's job it is to balance Hearthstone? Blizzard's. You know who hired a team dedicated to game balance? Blizzard. You know who let's broken cards stay in the meta for months if not years before they see nerfs? (Tuskarr, Undertaker, etc.) Blizzard. You know who admits that some cards are overpowered but takes the stance of waiting for rotation to fix the balance issues (totem golem, Dr. Boom)? Blizzard.
So don't give me the "balance is hard" crap and we should make a game better than HS if we are so smart. It isn't our jobs as fans or players to fix Hearthstone. It is however our right as fans to give feedback, and that is exactly what we are doing. Fighting games have been balancing massive rosters of characters with several different playstyles for years. You know how they do that? They tweak the numbers. Blizzard need to start tweaking those numbers as well.
Revert the Call of the Wild change. That was clearly a kneejerk reaction and Hunter needs it. Reduce spirit claws to 2 charges. Reduces flametongues health to 2. Make it so Thing from below actually has to be in hand to recieve discounts. Give tunnel trogg 2 health. Make totem golem a 3/3. All of the changes curb shaman's power and don't kill it. Don't release Kun in the same set as aviana. Aggro is extremely effecient and that is why it wins, give us effiecient heals for once. Stop with the funnel cakes vendor. Give us a 3 mana heal 10 card that offers tempo.
And at last. For the love of god, change that ladder system. Keep skilled players at legend! For a game that is supposed to be noob friendly, why do you set the most skilled players back at the end of the month to play with lesser skilled players. It doesn't make any sense. Hearthstone's problems are numerous and glaring. You don't need to be a detective or a game designer to work that out.
Wow insulting someone in a forum for not agreeing with you.
Your definition of balance is subjective at best. You want a class gutted. Youre also asking for the type of healing card that would be auto include because it's OP.
Lastly, you demonstrate you have no patience. HS is a game we can expect to be around for a long time. You even admit a knee jerk NERF/balance. Maybe, just maybe this development team just has different preferences than you.
Stop with the meme and I speak for everyone bullcrap. The games not perfect but name a single that is perfect and has no critics? We all keep playing because we enjoy HS at some level.
PS ladder reset is fine, just because you hit legend once doesn't mean it should be auto reward every season (entitled much). And for new players it's good. You don't get better at anything competitive by playing opponents worse than you. When's the last time you tried a new sport and won instantly against seasoned players? Or did the soccer league you got put in hand out participation trophies? I wish to play HS for the challenges within, including tough, smart well played opponents.
Your opinions are just that opinions, and some what selfish/arrogant.

posted a message on Is it correct to always pick Drakonid Operative?

Operative as said is a good choice but it's still slow. If you discover something that fits curve it could be a better draw, or in a control matchup deathwing or ysera for late game.

Operative can almost never be a bad choice it might just not be the BEST choice. Boys from the men kind of decisicon and all that.

I mean I definitely understand the idea of not wanting to spend the time on something people won't look at, but if your desire is to create content (be it Youtube, Twitch, blogs, deck guides, literally anything) you can't really approach it that way. It's the same thing with content providers everywhere, gating your content behind something your audience has to do for you first like some kind of ransom is just going to make them want your content even less and harbor resentment about it.

     Great point, well made :)
It's more like pay me first and if, IF, you pay me enough (unlisted price) I may do the work. It's an arrogant attitude thinking one deserves praise from others for nothing. Entitlement is a disease these days.
