This hot take is a tiiiiiny bit undermined by the guy who uses an avatar on a gaming forum of a "prestigious" (1k win for Warriord) class avatar award. When your position that "Cosmetics mean nothing to me, Lebowski..." and you chose that avatar route, that reason seems a bit at odds with itself.
I didn't pay for it though? And I'm saying I don't care about people cosmetics? What is your point here?
Nobody is forcing you to buy cosmetics. They have absolutely no impact on gameplay. There's no need to screech about it every time they release some new ones :)
For me personally, I don't own any cosmetics and I hardly spend any money on the game (just 15 packs with real money per expansion) but it makes no difference to me if other people want to do so. Do you guys really prefer when the only thing on the shop was packs?
Things are much more affordable now compared to a couple of years ago for sure. The packs are still the same but there's many more rewards and the returning/new players are given a whole free deck with multiple epics/legendaries.
I am a warrior player so yeah this meta sucks for me. It's getting a little better since the nerfs but it does feel like most of the decks I face just kill me by turn 6-8 which isn't very fun.
Worst meta ever was definitely jade druid though I don't think anything will ever be worse than that.
When I saw this thread I expected all the responses to be laughing at OP but there's actually so many of you who genuinely believe this crap lol you guys are so delusional it's crazy
I don't really play the game much anymore but this is really the least fun I've had on any expansion launch day aside from Ashes of Outland. All the quests feel really non-interactive. Mages, Hunters, Warlocks, Druids are completing the quests soooo fast and then just steamrolling you from turn 7 onwards and the only counterplay is a lucky Mutanus or playing some degenerate aggro deck that can rush them down before that.

Please enlighten me, oh wise ones. How do they do it?

I have been running mutanus since day 1 of the expansion in nearly every deck I play and only eaten the quest reward like twice so yeah

We are talking about standard viability. Magnetic hasn't been in standard for 2 years.

Why is Dungar in the name though? It's not like he's the centrepiece of this deck by any means and he has nothing to do with the OTK.

Just wondering why they all have the wrong expansion watermark lol
