Well, you already know what your problem is: you dont understand Blizzard's logic, or rather you dont understand game mechanics.

Just cause animations play out in a certain way doesnt mean what happens actually corresponds to what ur seeing 1:1.

There are event chains and nested even chains and most things work pretty well and can be understood with relative ease, if you take time studing the problem, or play long enough to spot how things work from practice (which apparently is not your case, sorry).

Mass Hysteria is a board clear, all minions attack each other and when they all attacked, then and only then do the death resolve checks happen. And in that moment, all minions are dead, they all died in that same moment, in that same moment when death resolve checks happened, so you didnt draw any cards.

Look at a different, but pretty much the same, scenario which might be better for you to understand how it works:

You have a 2/2, 6/2, 1/1 and a Cult Master on board. Your opponent plays Consecration > all minions die at the same time > you dont draw any cards. Make sense, right? The mechanic is the same as for Mass Hysteria, only Mass Hysteria has a different animation that for unexperienced player can look like all those things are happening one after the other, while they r happening at the same time, only there is no good way to visualise them simultaneously.

I hope i helped you understand the issue a bit better. If you really want to understand how things work in general, i suggest you read up on it, for example here - HS: Advanced rulebook.

It must also be added that many posts are indeed salty or stupid, and deserve a harsh treatment, with no need to argue, because the OP didn't even try to build an argument. So there's nothing to do but pointing out saltiness.

On the other hand, part of this community is indeed toxic, with people replying with no real argument, just to bash you down. Or even with an argument, but with the main goal of bashing you down, and defend what they conceive as a faction.

So yeah, some toxicity is there.

Ultimately tho, i am pretty sure it is a widespread phenomenon of the whole internet, wherever web communities are. Not just this website.

What a weird interaction. Makes you think how is the hero-taunt actually coded lol. Well, like a potato i guess, same as everything else ...

You cant cry about ppl winning based on RNG effects then if you cry about Specialist tournament being boring. Either you want watchable content or you want more strategy. Sadly, in HS you cant rly have both. But ppl will be dissatisfied either way.

There are some new bosses, but some are the same. It was like that with 2nd chapter as well.

I will start us off: i got offered Elistra the Immortal as a first Treasure and i thought it could be fun with the Priest buff spells. I was not wrong :D Sad thing is, since her ability is a battlecry, the hard cap of 30 casts is there as well, i had her much higher in the previous match, but i guess those were 30+ casts on her :(

It is a single player mode, so who cares? Also not like this will be happening all the time, it is quite rare to get the treasure and discount it at the same time.

It was easier to get Beardo with Toki and have infinite reruns on Unstable portal in the Monster Hunt and no one cared about that either ;-)
