Personally I would wait as there might be something more powerful that you would rather craft. As mentioned above I wouldn't craft the first week of the expansion. Wait 3 weeks - a month for the meta to settle and for some of the cards to be okay tested. That being said I can't recall a time where Leeroy was not being used in any competitive decks so he is a safe craft especially with blizzards reluctance to print high attack charge minions. 

I think it will be "deal 30 damage to the enemy hero by turn 6" and rewards you with 1 cost spell with effect "win the game"

so if the opponent try's to heal it doesn't reduce the total damage you've done to their face. This Ives pirate warrior a chance to be a viable deck against heals. 

But really I think it probably will be taunt related or possibly armour related to push warriors back to control.

1/3 with taunt for 2 that gets pulled from  your deck when your opponent plays a pirate 

All gold except for priest.. 

Just got rogue last month and I have about 290 with priest.

If only this could activate off itself it would be viable in goon buff decks. Too bad battle cry happens before the minion hits the board. I think it will see some play as a one of though. Like others have said ramp/maly Druid with arcane giants or if one of their other big minions survives a turn.. 

I've been playing a lot of rogue recently because it was my second last class to get to gold, just priest remaining. Rogue is extremely powerful. I was about 50/50 vs shaman 70/30 vs Druid almost perfect vs priest, only 1 loss, 80/20 vs warriors 60/40 vs warlock 50/50 vs Mage  90/10 vs pally 50/50 ish against rogue and got stomped by hunters which I happened to run into a lot in the time it took to get my 89 wins that I needed. Hunter. Match up was probably 10/90 maybe a little more in his favour.. From rank 8-4 with maly rogue. Soooo you're just bad?

You know Argent Squire exist right?  You can alread pull that combo off and no one is playing it

people are going to play 5 mana 4/2 for sure

It used to work as you expected it would, but ever since LoE, it does not. In general, Enrage has stopped working on any minion after a stat swap.

Blizzard is aware and is working on the bug.
