I'm not seeing the value from Brann Bronzebeard. All the good battlecries are attached to a high mana cost (except Master of Evolution). I doubt you'd get much value out of it. I'd run another Flame Juggler for early game. It's a very good card in standard, I believe.

Shaman is also my favorite class. I like the deck, however I don't agree with some cards.
1. Earth elemental-Too much overload, you already got enough with he aeo and the wolfs.
2. Thunder Bluff Valiant- I don't really see the upside to this without tuskarr totemic and flame tongue.
3. Elise and the Mountain Giants- You only have two card out of the mana totems, as they will most likely be killed on the first turn, and you can't always rely on them surviving 3 turns or more to be able to play the giants. With Elise is a bit different as she has her own draw, with a nice body, however I think is taking space for tother stuff. Also handlock runs the mountain giants becuase they best draw power in the game, their hands don't necessary get cloggy, as they do it intentionally to put out a big twilight drake, along with taunt.
4. 2x lightning storm- One is just better as you have elemental destruction.
These are card I think should replace the above.
1. 2x Fire ele for the earth ele- you need a bigger body without the draw back of the huge overload. Plus the 3 damage.
2. 1x Doom hammer+2x rockbiter- Hallazeal lets you face tank, doom hammer is a great tempo play and helps you control the board pretty well, same with the rockbiters, you also need a win condition, because a priest can destroy all of those cards and then you are basically scrwed.
3. Thalnos- Shaman needs card draw, other than ancestral knowledge, plus thalnos provides good early game damage against shaman's bane- 4 health minions.
5. 2x azure drake, same as above.
6. I would also consider forked lighting, as is one mana deal four damage- great for turn 6 hallazeal.

Thalnos does everything you want in this deck. It's a hard card to replace since it provides spell power, card draw and the deathrattle synergy to boot. My inexpert opinion would be to replace him with card draw.

Your choices are justified, and it's hard to say what's better without seeing the meta! My logic is with envenom and slayers we may have enough hard removal for the larger minions including taunts. In the list I run initially, I am going to replace mimic pods for fan of knives and moroes/ -1 taunt ele for +2 backstabs. From there I'll look for any weak links to replace for SI-agents just because the value you can get with them and shadowstep/shadowcaster is bonkers. We'll have to play it out to see!

It's going to be a blast tinkering around with this deck! It looks very promising the more I look at it!
I recommend not adding thistle tea! It is way too slow and sacrifices too much in favor of a gimmick. The amount of 1/2 elementals you generate is enough as is imo.

I've had success with mine around rank 3. Shaman seems to be stupid strong right now! I'm glad they got some (a lot) of love this expansion, but I hope some of the other decks pick up speed to challenge shaman!

I think that would be a good sub too. Shamans love two drops and this can help you possibly protect your minions from 3 2 health creatures!

One more charge murloc would make the definitely make the deck! Idk if C'Thun would work in an Anyfin deck because of all the cards you'd have to take out to make C'Thun work. Also, you have to think about what you want to be your win condition. 3 10drops trying to accomplish different goals may not work well together!

Agreed, most of my spells are my flex cards and will be changed out for flame tongue totems and other permanent minions depending how the meta shifts. Our deck ideas are similar, they're just playing against different metas! Haha
