    Why does blizzard not feel the need to use patch notes for changes like this?

    They really like doing server side patches without updating the client patch notes.

    Very disappointing.

    Also, I wonder if they are ever going to fix the issue where you can encounter the same opponent every other time. There was a patch a long time ago that said they fixed this to every third time was the soonest but they never actually implemented it?
