Compare to Polluted Hoarder that one more health is really important as it will most likely require a card to deal with it rather than just getting cleared away with the cheap AoE  ( Consecration, Holy Nova, low roll Lightning Storm). Since it draws from your opponent's deck is far better than Undercity Huckster the overall probabiity of it being dead should be lower. Most of all it can be crazy on a control match up as it generates a card without getting closer to fatigue and the overall card quality of control decks tends to be pretty high. Also there is the Mirror Match Highlight when Shifting Shade is your last Minion and your oponent keeps getting your Shifting Shade from his Shifting Shade ...

On the current Elise Starseeker Control Priest this card would actually be really legit as 1 of maybe 2, it has a much better synergy with Circle of Healing than Auchenai Soulpriest (a  3/1 is not quite impressive and a health buff would require you to have more cards than just the two you require to do the AoE). It can also threaten about 12-14 Flash Heal burst that  Auchenai Soulpriest already does against non warrior match ups. And it can always turn into a legendary with Golden Monkey. It does not quite replace rotating cards but it can help a good deal with consistency on the board clear interactions.

So on the current rogue minion pool, this card turns Azure Drake into a 1 Mana Bloodmage Thalnos, Takes 1/1 from Edwin VanCleef and makes him a 1 mana curve filing play, and given any 4 or less mana cost heal card it would allow you to heal twice for 6 mana while developing 5/5 into two bodies (wild would be Antique Healbot this card, The Coin, Heal again). This card is really splashable in current Rogue decks because it mainly supports Battlecry and Combo effects (a much betterShadowstep) and allows the player to decide on the spot what is most needed (healing, developing a bigger board, drawing cards).  Alongside that there is the posibility for new interactions with deathrattle and 6+mana minions (unlikely to get more than 1 emperor tick/ play multiple coins to get a 1/1 copy of that minion) and the Brann Bronzebeard one of getting 4x battlecry / 2x 1/1 valuable minion. All of this packed in the best waifu card of the set. All we are missing now is the golden version.

I'm guessing this one will be often pulled off a Golden Monkey from a Control/Fatigue deck. Lets say we are watching a competitive hearthstone control warrior mirror, and before monkey we hit about 8-10 spells (The Coin / Slam /Brawl, Map to the Golden Monkey, 2x Execute, 2x Bash, 2x Shield Slam). Monkey is played and we see that golden Yogg-saron sit in through turns until said warrior is sure to lose the game. The player shrugs it off as he plays Yogg waiting for a miracle, He Sprints into death, Swipe not bad, Avenging Wrath really good, Fireball that overkilled face, Yogg Naturalizes himself redeeming himself, then Fizzle Backstab, into Fizzle Brawl, finally Fizzle Totemic Might. The game ends in a tie and, by the only source I found about ties, the game is played again. 20 minutes of game undone by Yogg. This will also happen to you if you enjoy playing decks that tend to go to distance, you too will spend 20 minutes in a tie game. I believe this is what the expansion was set to do. Slowly but surely there will be a rise on insanity in this game.
