Volodim posted a message on Which deck require the least skills to play?Posted in: General DiscussionId say either Shudderwock Shaman or Mechathun Priest.
Shudderwock shaman you don't actually need to do anything but react and drop the pieces in between when you have the extra mana that makes shudderwock a win condition. There is almost never a situation where you need to push for the kill, decide whether to use a combo piece when you dont have the combo, or other difficult decisions.
Hey, you have to count to 15 for the Volcanoes, that's already something for some people :'D

RavenSunHP posted a message on Which cards will be changed to include the new recruit keyword?Posted in: Card DiscussionAye, recruit is probably minion only.
It doesn't make sense to "recruit a secret".
For the already existing cards, it is just a text normalisation, not a change to any card mechanics: we ALREADY have recruit cards, they are just spelled differently.
Also Madam Goya is a candidate, although a tricky one:
"Battlecry: choose a friendly minion and swap it with a recruit" ?

ztphonehome posted a message on What are the current thoughts about Toxmonger and Dinomancy?Posted in: Card DiscussionIn my opinion dinomancy is not very good. It is in opposition to what most aggro / midrange hunters want to do because it gets rid of a useful late game hero power. I also don't think dinomancy would be good in control hunter because if you don't have consistent board presence it is useless.

ababyduck posted a message on Which deck require the least skills to play?Posted in: General DiscussionJoke answer: whichever deck that beat me the previous game.
Real answer: Any OTK combo deck that is hard to mess up. Mecha'thun priest, for example. It's not a very good deck, but it is an extremely easy deck. The only chance to make a mistake is not to play coffin crasher first. Otherwise it's just a matter of waiting for hemet, screaming twice, then wait until your last card and win.
I don't think aggro decks are difficult but there are a lot more decisions about what cards to play than a combo deck like that.

Penteus posted a message on [prediction thread] Safe Crafts for BoomsdayPosted in: Card Discussionhonestly, I don't think there are any safe crafts, my recommendation would be to work with what you get in your packs and wait for the meta to settle a little before spending your dust.
That said, the druid legendary minion, out of all the legendary cards, seems the most likely to see play, but even that is not certain.
To utilize your rating system, your thread is very risky IMHO.

Billie_Lurk posted a message on Aggro meta incomingPosted in: General DiscussionAggro decks are generally healthy for the game. It's when they get out of control like pirate warrior that I have an issue. I hope you are correct, speaking as a control/combo player. Nobody wants a ladder full of combo or control mirrors, that is just boring.

Honestly I'd just do some hardcore reading up on it before you try anything. It's one thing pondering it, but watch tournaments, look at deck lists, common tech cards, just learn everything you need to get into it. then look at the cost, and what's good, and think if you can support it

Yeah I was getting kinda bored of facing nothing but control in both formats. And odd pally is borderline pirates for me

Blizzard could print a set that's entirely value and you mongoloids would still cry aggro meta

when has "weak to silence" ever been a strong enough argument by itself? Never.
