I play a similar deck. The problems I run into is vs. aggro decks. You really need early board control to get the ball rolling. The second problem is draw. Northshire Cleric, Lightwell, Powerword:Shield are good for draw. Nat Pagle can be a decent card for draw but also with an Inner Fire is a Turn 3 4/4 (or turn 2 with the coin). Lightwell, Divine Spirit, and Inner Firecan be good for an early big card that heals itself and benefits from the buffs. Adding a few taunts in there like Unpowered Steambot in conjunction with Inner Fire can help keep the combo cards alive. Lady in White is a good card to have for your high health/low attack taunts and Lightwell. Hogger has actually saved my ass and slowed play a few times for me, as two 2/2s with taunt every turn can get really annoying for your opponent. The Lich King, and Ysera are also great cards, as you get two cards end of turn. With The Lich King and the two cards its easy to get Army of the Dead and you can get alot out very fast turn 9.
Another piece of advice is to try and stay alive long enough you can put the end of turn buffs a few at a time (ie dont do it early, one at a time with the mana curve) or theyll just get knocked off. Ive been playing around with this type of deck and many iterations and have a 52% winrate on ranked. Its not bad and when it works its awesome, but you will get beat out by most meta decks.
I was running Witchwood Grizzly x2. I started out with Kiblers Recruit Hunter and went through a few iterations. Volcanosaur and/or Ultrasaur could go as when you recruit it you dont get the adapts, likewise Ultrasaur has no text, and sub the bear in for that. Ive also tried Spiritsinger Umbra but found I could never get that combo to pop.
Omelet is typically an American-English spelling, whereas Omelette is more often used in the rest of the world. Originally a ammulette in french meaning knife blade. Keep the vids coming Kiwiinbacon, youve up'ed my game seriously!

Didnt have enough to craft Edwin VanCleef, replaced him with Face Collector with some pretty awesome results.

I disagree Kangor has saved my ass multiple times late game. That is totally dependent on actually using your magnetic abilities.

Yeah know Kiwi, The Darkness (or obscurité for displaced French Canadians) would be really cool in this deck ;)
