In fairness, one would hardly call Infested Wolf or Houndmaster "high powered" cards. They are mediocre at best with some usability. 
A 3/3 for 4 mana (even if it spawns to 1/1s) is pretty terrible!

I certainly think Hunter needs some love (though it's nice not to have to deal with Hunter's OP Hero Power for a while).

They got really shafted on the cards this time round.
I'm surprised there wasn't a sort of "Patches" card for beasts. 
Patches should have been a beast, definitely - being a pirate is just... weird.

Nice idea, but why 35 rather than 30?

This also makes this card inherently better (and more OP) than Reno because:

- No requirement to deck build
- Has Taunt, so adds protection
- Increases life total beyond the norm (Like Armour)

Yes, interesting thought and you're probably right it's decent a tech against Pirate. However, then there is second part of the Meta - Renodecks which tend to play quite a lot of spells.

 I think it's safe to say you probably just wouldn't play it in that match up unless the opponent is out of cards, etc.

 And that's the question is it really going to improve you Pirate matchup so well, that it's worth having an almost dead card in other matchups ?  I mean do we see so many Pirates ?

Actually I have been running millhouse and Reno locks the worst thing they could do is shadow bolt or potion him to death otherwise they don't have any game ending spell (besides kazzy) best millhouse fucks up rogue and mage matches  

Wow, yes that would make sence that (reno)locks are indeed much less dangerous than (reno) mages. In which deck have been running millhouse ? I would be really interested to see your stats :)
