posted a message on Should i buy brm at this point ?

Honestly it depends on how much money/dust you want to burn on the game. On one hand, if you are a little tight on budget or don't think you are going to play the game that much, then it's only going to be around for another 6ish months, so you won't get tons of value out of it, and there are plenty of other decks you can play that don't require BRM. .... on the other hand if you think you are going to play the game a lot, then why not? 6 months is still quite a bit of time if you play the game a decent amount, and it gives you a lot of cards to play around with. Hate to say it as it seems pretty obvious, but it's pretty much up to you and how much you think the game is worth.

posted a message on [ONiK] Kevineter's Resurrect Priest

This deck needs 2 pyros. It makes your revives and Barnes a bit more inconsistent, but the value provided against aggro can not be understated. Sub out some combination of SW Pain, SW Death, and Entomb to fit them in.

posted a message on Is Sylvanas too strong? Rework? Nerf?

So Sylvannas was a pretty crazy card already, and with the change of silences at the rotation, she has become really tough to deal with and an auto-include in most mid-range and control decks.. But do you think she is too strong in the current format??

If yes, how would you change her to be a bit more balanced?

Ben brode doesn't give a fuck about wow. Look at rag the light lord. Everytime I look at iliidan in hearthstone I just go to corner and cry 😭

Eh, Lightlord didn't bother me. I get that it doesn't have to be an exact clone of the warcraft universe, and I want them to have room to make fun cards and be creative. But seeing Illidan in such a sad spot is disappointing.

posted a message on 3 Most Annoying Cards in Hearthstone

1- Entomb (this card is so antifun. I know priest sucks right now, but they need cards that are a bit more interactive.)

2- Conceal (I had gadgetzan auctioneer, but I think it is conceal that actually makes that card stupid. it is just so non-interactive)

3- Cabal Shadow Priest (Now this card is situational, and sometimes even bad. But after turn 6, playing a card that has 2 or less attack can just lose you the game because of the tempo swing. That shouldn't be a thing.)

Honorable mentions: Reno Jackson, Shifting Shade, Ragnaros, Sylvannas

Looking at everything that I deemed annoying, the 2 big things that annoy me:

1: low risk high reward rng (rag, shifting shade card steal, Sylvannas, etc.) Having things that are rng reliant just feel bad because you have no control over it. Now rng can be fun and create great stories- but it shouldn't be so low risk for strong effects, like say Ragnaros is. I actually think discover and yogg are two good rng concepts. Discover has some elements of decision making, and Yogg because of the price (you have to get to turn 10), requires you to think and build around it (unlike auto includes in midrange like rag and Sylv), and is very risky. This is how rng should be made.

2: Cards that just take your stuff. They are HUGE tempo swings and value plays, and you can't really do anything about them. Priest is inevitably going to steal your big stuff: there is no counterplay. Shifting Shade can give you a huge value card for little draw back at high rng. You can't play anything against Priest with 2 attack after turn 5 or you could just outright lose the game. I know priest sucks and needs help, but part of the reason priest sucks is because a lot of their combos are so broken... but they are just so situational and inconsistent. If you cut down on some of the ridiculous priest cards, you could make better, more consistent cards that feel good to play against, and not so luck reliant.

Yeah I agree that aggro shaman is annoying, but I don't think it is one single card. I think it is the abundance of both aggression and burn spells/weapons that is too strong, not necessarily one single element.

posted a message on New Legendary Card - Yogg-Saron, Hope's End

if you have played several spells (10 range or so), and you play it in a favorable situation (they have a notably bigger board), then you can almost always consistently count on Yogg to clear the most the board and draw some cards.

posted a message on 7 mana spot in Warrior

Wild: Dr. Boom always wins. lol.

Standard/Wild: Malkorok is best for tempo (except dr. lel), because it generally provides a lot of stats for 7 mana, and allows you to get ahead of your opponent. Heck you have a 3 or 4 out of 16 chance to just win the game from a big weapon, similar to how unstable portal worked in the day for tempo mage.  The battlecry doesn't matter that much in tempo warrior, since your goal playing Varian Wrynn is to get way ahead on board- enough to hopefully end the game. It can also be used in control warrior for a high value 7 drop if you aren't as fatigue oriented.

Gorehowl is really good for control in standard. Allows you to deal with a lot of threats. Maybe a bit slow in wild though, idk what the meta is there.

Baron Geddon: Probably the best for control warrior. The ability to simultaneously clear a board and develop a threat is really important for the control warrior archetype.
