There are enough ways to abuse spells in Priest to make this card a 3-cost value generator. I think it's likely very good as it just sits there for 3 mana, a relatively sparse point on Priest curve as Glimmeroot has never impressed me, and then it gives the crazy Lyra et. al. turns a bit more oomph so it's not totally reliant on the RNG.
Part of the problem is it seems like Keleseth is always in their opening hand, often with SS. If they don't have Keleseth early decks aren't that good but they ALWAYS have it....
t4: barnes into yshaarj into obsidian statue t5: eternal servitude into yshaarj
How is it possible ?
That's sure this guy can get the top 1 legend without any difficulty
That sounds like me if you're around rank 2-3 :)
I was coming to post I've dealt with T1 Coin > Keleseth > Shadow Step > Keleseth essentially every game against Rogue which is approximately 66% of my matchups these days. Sure have a turn 1 2/2 and your entire deck is now +2/+2 too. It feels like someone accidentally tagged Keleseth as a "Quest" card because he's in every rogue's opening hand.
Fel Reaver never got to see a use during its life.. but maybe now, after it started to rot in wild?
Except, Fel Reaver was one of the most oppressively powerful cards in both constructed and arena during it's time? It was the ridiculous finisher in Mech Mage and other Mech Decks....
Does anybody have any idea how to do the warrior one? Seems unreasonable to me. His hero power is doing like 10 damage a turn, there's no way to outlast that and you can't tempo down 160 health...
My suggestion is to not kill all the 2/6 Frostmourne minions to delay the uptick in his secondary HP until you're more prepared to get through LK's armor.
The one i'm really having trouble with is Mage. He really likes to set your health to 1 then same turn coin out a 1-mana 2/3. The only way I can tell you make it beyond T2 is to have like exactly Frostbolt in your opener.
Yeah it is 100% the long animation combined with playing on mobile. Its instinctive to click the screen to exit hand view back to full board view but the animation is so long it was treating it as me actively cancelling the card.
Sounds like lag. Did it happen only once or multiple times?
Multiple times. This was not simply lag. I tried casting him twice each turn from my turn 4 (Big ramp druid) through turn 11 when I died. No other cards affected. He comes into play, starts spinning webs but never gave me a choose 1 effect. He simply returns to hand and the 5 armor is reverted back to pre-existing armor and my 7 mana crystals are refilled.
Simultaneously one of the least exciting but likely most playable of the DK series. The hero power seems boring, but it's actually pretty insane value as you proceed into the later game giving you the option of getting pseudo [cardy]Fiery Waraxe[/card] value as either face or control mechanism versus other slow decks, or just helping to armor up each turn to get out of reach of more aggressive strats. 7 mana is not a lot to ask for the bodies you get in play + 5 armor + a flexible version of Justicar Trueheart Hunter/Warrior powers.
Meta-defining simply because this will be the nail in Jade Druid coffin. I'm sure we'll see some meme decks attempted the way Hemet Giant was a thing for a week or two, but yeah this will be standard tech until Jade players simply stop playing. It's also interesting versus some other decks, but yeah.
EDIT: Derp. It says 1-mana 'spells' not 1-mana cards. Nix that Hemet idea. Still, hitting Jade Idol and Evolve make this card immediately meta-reshaping.
I think this is certainly playable for the kind of obvious combo with Doomsayer giving warlock a 5 mana albeit 2 card board wipe. There are a bunch of other interesting interactions though that will likely be explored. I've always been interested in this type of effect but honestly expected it in either Priest or Rogue.

I feel like Mana Tide is pretty good too. I'd probably cut the Bonemare if you're looking for an earlier threat.
