What about adding a summon 2 Blastmage apprentices, that will act like small Ragnaroses but being 3-3 that deal 3 damage at end of your turn (maybe 4-4 that deal 4 damage) would tahat make it worth playing?

That's probably a bit much. 3-3 or 4-4 are between 3 and 4 Mana worth of stats and an effect like that is worth about 2-3 Mana by itself. So you are immediately summoning an additional 10 to 14 Mana worth of stats onto the field. That might just be too much.

In the first place I would just change the Hero power because 9 Mana for a 3 damage hero power is just overpriced. Maybe if that one was akin to the Ragnaros one or maybe even a split one, like 2 Mana Deal 8 Damage randomly split across all enemy characters.

I wanted to make a legendary for every class (excluding warlock of course) that replaces your hero because i think it is a cool mechanic, and with the new expansion coming i thought i would make it fit the theme so here is the first "replaceable hero".

Borithor The Blastmage - He is a 0-15 for 9 so he is a jaraxxus without any attack, his hero power is BLAST!!! which deals 3 damage, i was thinking of making it 4 but thought it would be too OP.

plz do leave thoughts and ideas for the other classes "Replaceable hero"

I think in comparison to Jarraxus this is weak, in fact very weak. Jaraxxus has on top of summoning a 6/6 body on the field every turn a 3/8 weapon which in essence is the same as this hero power. Sure your 3 damage can bypass taunts but you, in essence pay 9 Mana to gain the effect of double Shadowform and even one Shadowform itself is already far too slow. Whereas Jaraxxus has the advantage of at least dishing out the first three damage when he is summoned.

This one definitely needs a different Hero power and maybe a weapon or another additional effect.

You don't have to play this card when your opponent has a nerubian egg in play... It's like saying consecration is bad because it pops eggs.

That's somewhat true but you are forgetting that this effect specifically triggers against Deathrattles. Sure you are no obligated to play it on a board with Nerubian eggs like you are not obligated to use consecration in such a case. However consecration doesn't have such a narrow and specific trigger for its effect as the Purifier does.

The average HP of a Deathrattle minion is 3 more closer to 4 though so you wouldn't be able to kill the average Deathrattle minion with it.At least the stats are good for a 3 drop, though more on the agressive side compared to the Dark Cultist for example.
I would say that this card would be much better in a Midrange deck than a control one since the stats are a bit agressive for control. Turn 2 Nerubian Egg, Turn 3 this Card, might be a viable strategy.

It kills every 1 or 2 drop with Deathrattle, the Leper Gnome, Webspinner, Mad Scientist, Bloodmage Thalnos, Loot Horder, Haunted Creeper and pops the egg, than trades with the nerubian. This is a great card imho if deathrattle remains hot in the meta. Also triggers the Explosive sheep if you play it before, this way it is yet another nice boardclear.

That's why I said the average Deathrattle minion. The average stats of Deathrattle minions tend to be 3 rounded down, much closer to 4 though.
Of course it can kill certain Deathrattle minions but on average it doesn't and even then Deathrattle minions do want to die.

Yes, you can trigger your own Deathrattles at well and this is where I think this card is going to get it's more synergistic effect from. As opposed to be a pure anti-deathrattle card.

Ogre and Ninja. Strange how those big lumbering oafs could ever be stealthy :D At least they make up for it by failing to attack the right target.

About to use a good ol magic phrase; dies to lightning bolt its, bad!

The phrase you are looking for is "Dies to removal, it's bad." Meaning that for its cost it would have to have an immediate effect when it enters the game but then it would actually have to be overpriced. 2/3 of stats passes the vanilla test plus you have quite a strong ability that deals effectively with classes like Warrior and Rogue that use a lot of weapons for their board control and even beyond that it can keep minions from using their next turn as well.
So the phrase is actually falsely applied here.

Some Rogue secrets, although they ended up a bit same-y and straightforward. I like the thought of Rogue being the class to be prepared for all eventualities and being a step ahead, figuratively speaking.

Much like Avareee's secrets, these are actually quite weak.

Silence is a 0-mana card even when you get to pick the target.  Each of the first three cards you propose are a Silence effect that only targets a particular kind of minion and you don't even get to control which instance.

The only reason why these cards should cost anything is because without cost they'd be the perfect combo-triggers (and Miracle fuel).

I guess you are right in regards to the Taunt and Charge. Not so much for the Battlecry since most of them you can not silence. They go off as they come into play and thus the silence removes the card text after the effect has already activated.
The only ones you can silence off are things like buff effects, Shattered Sun and the like. But this spell actually keeps the Battlecry from going off. It seems similar to silence but it actually supercedes it.
