To all those who complain about Yogg drastically changing the state of the game, think of it this way: most 10-mana cards are game closers like Nzoth, Anyfin, C'thun, Deathwing, etc. Yogg can be random and frustrating, but while it gives its player an advantage (most of the time), and sometimes benefits the caster with things like Call of The Wild, most of the time it just prevents the caster from losing and gives them a few cards. The opponent, whether or not they are disadvantaged, still has a chance to win. Meanwhile, the 10-Mana cards above are mostly instant-kills that are virtually impossible to deal with. Well, there have been some ways to deal with them before, you might think to yourself... yeah, those cards' WERE countered by yogg. As seen in BatStone, Nzoth and Anyfin are going to run rampant whith virtually no counters. "Enjoy" your control meta all you Yogg haters. :)
I am really dissapointed with their nerf to Yogg. I play a lot of mill Rogue, and I really need Yogg to function as a boardwipe, but it will now be impossible as Yogg will just Fireball itself and essentially make me skip a turn. All I have left for Rogue boardwipes is the already-nerfed Blade Fury and the one-turn stall that is Vanish. I know mill Rogue isn't played a lot but I feel this really hurts most Rogues and Druids in general, due to their lack of boardwipes.
Why don't you play fucking Aggro Shaman then? It counters Midrange Hunters in Wild at least. ;) (No seriously though, Shaman really fucking crushes them)
