Reno priest... it's just a ridiculously solid deck. The only problem is that mirror matches take 25-30 minutes and there are A LOT of mirror matches :)
I think mill rogue would be a pretty good option in this meta, and actually super fun to play (though inconsistent so yeah).
Thanks, I will consider mil rogue. I heard it's a difficult deck to play though. As for priest, I'm kinda trying to avoid that, bcos I am bored of the standard version and mirror matches are a pain as you said.
I've been laddering with oil rogue, went from rank 18 to rank 6 in about 6 hours of gametime. In that time I haven't seen a single control warrior, and I've only seen 3 naga giant hunters (of which I beat 2) I have encountered a whole lot of reno priest. I feel like oil is favored against many popular decks in wild, the most popular deck priest is easily killed in one turn with a deckhand and 2 oils along with some preps. Loetheb is the most important card in a lot of matchups and I keep it in my opening hand against all mages, priests, warlocks, shamans, rogues,
Wow, I dont even know what oil rogue is. Do you mind sharing a decklist?
Hi all, first off, I need to state that this isnt a salt post, it's me asking for help for wild ranked. I play mostly wild since I like the wild ladder because of the deck diversity. But this season, I left wild to play standard and now when I want to try wild again I see the diversity gone. No more control warriors or recruit paly or control shaman among many others. All I see now are naga giants and priests(big and raza). So I wanna ask those who are laddering fine, what decks are you climbing with and what are the counter decks for the meta now?
It all depends on what you have and what you want to play. I'm usually against dusting unless it's a really bad legendary that isn't from the classic set and now with the no dupes rules only if you won't open any more packs from that set. So I'd say dust crap like Rend Blackhand unless you want to meme and focus on getting gold for KOFT packs mostly and a few Un'goro packs (At least open until you get a legendary, which you will on the first 10 packs)
I have been hearing about this and I'm not sure how it works. First ten packs as in first 10 ever from the expansion or first ten as of the change? Say I have opened a quite a few gadgetzan packs before this first 10 legend change but havent done so recently. Will this first 10 legend affect me?
If you want to play murloc paly you have to get: finja, tarim, tyrion and wickerflame and all the epics (corpsetaker, vilefin, warleader, megasaur). I don't see any replacements.
Wickerflame and vilefin are both worth the dust.
What is the use of wickerflame in a murloc paly deck?
Hi all, so the paladin class is one that I completely abandoned except for when I have daily quests to complete so I have no competitive decks for this class. The release of the hero Arthas kinda compelled me to play paly so here I am, asking for advice. What cards(legendary or otherwise) are a must-have to play paly? Is wickerflame really needed since I only see him in buffadin? How important is happy rag right now? Is 400 dust for a 1/3 vilefin worth it?
Nah dude, I am one of those who will congratulate the pirate warrior who achieved legend and it's not because I don't blaspheme against the game. The game has flaws alright, such that some decks that require less thinking are unfairly more efficent than those that require more thought. But I dont wanna put down the guy who achieved legend for the first time because of my own personal dissatisfaction with the game, which the dude didn't design btw. If the fella is toxic then it's a different story but if he's just happy that he reached legend then let him be happy. It's not his fault the deck archetype exists. Putting down someone for personal selfish reasons just seems so...pathetic.
No one should be congratulated for reaching legend, no one, simply because it takes absolutely zero skill do to so. All you need is a facedeck and enough time. Done.
If it requires no skills then every single HS player should be legend right? Just because people play face aggro doesn't automatically mean that they jam face every turn.
I don't see an issue with either a player celebrating or being congratulated for a game achievement. Neither has anything to with me or my experience with the game. If i was on a casino floor in Vegas and some old lady sitting next to me hit the slots for a few hundred bucks, I would congratulate her and she'd probably be cheering. Nothing to do with skill, just some luck and time spent. I would, on the other hand, continue to feed the machine and bitch about the bad RNG, lol!
Exactly! Holy hell, this sums up my thoughts perfectly. Why you gotta go dampen the metaphorical old lady's good cheer? That's just nasty toxic behavior. And some people were even talking about the worst kind of humans. They have definitely not met the worst kind of humans.

I think the free 50 should be for new players only. Anything more would be just be greed and is frankly really just unlikely to happen. The new players need the help anyways. Rank 20-15 has like 80% completed net decks that classic cards can't do shit against.

I'm preferably gonna play paly in standard. Wild has much more cards that I don't really want to craft right now.

lol, I guess Arthus hates his former class. Jokes aside, idk how that happens either. Frostmourne is only played once in all the games I played.
