I don't even know about that. The DKs that are seeing the most play are currently Gul'dan by a large margin and then Druid. Priest DK is garbage without Raza as there's literally no reason to run it right now and hunter isn't good. Druid is just flexible which is why it's the second most played and then yeah Rogue as you said. Rest are all basically not played though because they're all bad. Warrior, Shaman, Paladin was played for like two weeks and then people started countering it.. and yeah.

I don't know why you're being downvoted. Probably people in denial. You're not wrong. People seem to think every "fun" card that comes out of an expansion is automatically "OH MY GOD META DEFINING". It's like when I argued with people that Geosculptor Yip for Warrior was going to be trash tier when it was announced for Kobolds. "BUT YOU CAN GET A 10 COST MINION OUT OF IT IF YOU HAVE 10 ARMOR SO IT'S GOOD" and yet the card has been only played in some recruit warrior lists and is still bad.

This card doesn't have consistency to it and an 8 deal 3 damage to all minions is garbage when cards like Duskbreaker exist. People also comparing this to Lyra for priest when priest has better overall spells and you're actually able to cycle with Lyra vs this you can't because it's minions that give you the spells. I mean this is an awesome card but you're 100% spot on about people who think this card is going to be good.

This card is played because it helps vs other match ups. Of course you're going to win the mirror if your opponent plays this because this card doesn't win you the mirror. Yet I guarantee you those same jade druids have a higher win rate vs aggro than you for example. This DK is good because it's flexible. Yes Gul'dan is obviously better than this but Gul'dan also relies on having a deck built around the hero and having to rely on a bunch of demons dying prior to it as well as spending your entire turn playing the hero. Gul'dan is arguably the best DK out of all of them anyways so of course he's going to be better. That doesn't mean that Malfurion is necessarily bad though. He wins you games that don't involve the mirror. So as said if your opponent plays this in the mirror he's more likely to lose as he's using his turn playing this rather than ramping up jades which is how you win the mirror in the first place
