After typing this I was lucky enough to get Ysera again.

I managed to avoid 8th this time and secured a 4th place finish for +171 rating. I got absolutely demolished by a Quillboar dude to come 4th.

I need desperate help. At the reset my rating was just over 8k. I just played my 50th game of the season, and I'm at 1,231. The only reason I'm even that high is random 5th and 6th place finishes here and there. I think I still have my win bonus, because I'm not dropping ratings for the 7th or 8ths. I really don't know if I still have the bonus though, because I simply cannot win.

I have absolutely no idea why, either. I've uploaded a screenshot of today's session, but they're all the same. The most recent 7th place, was me dying on turn 9, to the ghost that died on turn 8, and I didn't even level during the turn 9, thinking, "oh, it's just a ghost, I can be greedy." I actually played my turn 9 as hard as I knew how. It's not even like I got unlucky. I was 99.8% to die. Against a ghost!

Maybe I'm stuck on quests in my brain still, or something. I'm consistently getting hammered by whoever I'm again from turn 7 on. They have good units. I can see what units they're playing. I definitely don't have those units. I try to get them. I really do.

Most opponents are usually a tier ahead of me too.

I really just don't get it. I've never been so lost at this or any game before.

If you play Standard on NA server, you've more than likely encountered a bot; can basically guarantee it. 

Names are usually jumbled up random letters... or (I'm assuming for the blizzard bots) a Color + an Item/thing ... i.e. LimeDrake  // SilverBear

I don't play ranked much but in the last two months I did play a tiny bit of aggro DH and went 13-1. Absolutely small sample size, but the deck felt really good. Some decks feel bad, this one didn't for me. The turn 5 is quite consistent and quite insane even if you don't get Mag.

Anyway, there's definitely been strong decks of Hearthstone's past that I personally have been unable to pilot with success (Patron Warrior comes to mind), so maybe this is just one of those for you.

Wait, people are quitting jobs and cancelling vacations for 7 free card packs and a Warlock skin that no one even appreciates anymore because the pool of skins is now so large and watered down now that no one can possibly keep track of where a specific skin comes from?

If for some reason you need these packs so bad (which you don't - not relevant - just wanted to mention it), why don't you just spend the 700 gold on the packs? Or $12.49 CAD? Then you can keep your time and your job.

I mean, I get it, I'm often dramatic around my house to get things I want (but don't need) from my wife or kids, but this is a whole different level of dramatic from whoever you are posting in this forum. My 3rd-hand embarrassment for you is very very huge.

I killed a Jepetto just now and did not get credit for the quest. Trying to complete the "play one" side of it now.

I suggest trying Aggro DH before the patch. It's insanely good.

Makeleth I actually didn't know the 10x was for reaching legend. I thought it was for reaching Diamond 5.

I see now in the original release of this format listing the minimum for Diamond 5 as being 9x, so now it all makes sense.

I guess I just crossed whatever the threshold is for getting 10x but not reaching legend for the first time ever this month.

This is because it's too easy to go infinite in Duels. They are losing too much money on the packs, dust, etc.

 Can you add a filter to include Tavern Brawn in the game format type drop down list? It only has All, Wild, Twist, Standard, and Classic.

Costs a lot of tempo to help you on turn 9 and on, unless I'm understanding it's effect wrong of course.
