I think it should replace all your other cards in your deck not to shuffle extra others. It's not like Academic Espionage, where is directly written word "shuffle". If you have no cards in your deck it'll still try to replace them (but you have actually nothing :) ).
That's not exactly true. You must be smarter than your opponent by letting him draw and use your Naturalize in a good moment. I won most of the games against it by being passive at the start and then burning some of his cards or surprise the board with your plagues and paths combo while on the other side totems.
But I agree that if you face a good player with Shrudderwock, you're likely to lose. It's all about the card draw.

Is there any statistic which shows in how many games you actually played in your games Kael'thas Sunstrider?

I hope aggro will perish, my least favourite playstyle.
Kinda sad for combo decks, Leeroy was a part of many of them. Although it was still major piece for aggro, so I am pretty fine with this HoF.

Lesser Emerald Spellstone and Spiteful Summoner Costs

Not exactly draw but free and random cards generator. Could be quite consistent though.

Maan, I don't know why people can't undestand sarcasm nowadays. :(

Pretty sure it's 5 mana 5/5 copy. Imagine getting 5/5 Deathwingfor 10 mana. That would be rude af.

Malygos Shaman meta confirmed.

What about swaping Twilight Drakes for one Banana Buffoon and one Gadgetzan Auctioneer? Could be more consistent with drawing although it could ruin your early game pressure I suppose
