Basically they have let us have golden DK cards for the entire expansion and then realised that we actually need to spend countless hours to unlock them like we did for other classes.

This fix is purely out of spite.

Yes, achievement with DK wins will now correctly unlock them as for other classes but it's just BS, doesn't change a thing to have them unlocked from the start or not as those are essentially free cards that won't earn them money anyway.

After all, an alternate way to ensure that Death Beetle's effect could go off is if you added Guff to Core.

Not even close. To aggro decks, this is a River Crocolisk. Many Midrange decks likely want something more substantial. This has the best place in greedy control decks or combo decks which need the extra crystal to do their combo, like maybe Druid if the Astalor OTK is viable post-rotation.

Pretty much standard on any deck but aggro, curious on if you'd want to include more than one as the second one you draw will be pretty useless.
