Not trying to bash your creation but there is a lot of questionable choices here, most notable the lack of bounce effects and Astalor Bloodsworn is criminal... you can easily make multiple copies of The One-Amalgam Band or Astalor Bloodsworn in Rogue rn. School Teacher and Rowdy Fan are top notch cards for a deck like that way too good to pass... Mistake is indeed a Mistake you dont want to draw that ever from Cutlass Courier and you have plenty of better 1 drop choices its not because he is a amalgam that you gonna auto include. (in the current version im trying Cutlass Courier is tutoring draw both the Amalgam of the Deep and The One-Amalgam Band).

Beatboxer, Breakdance and MC Blingtron are the best rogue cards of this set with blingtron being one of the most underated cards so far. (specially combined with Astalor Bloodsworn and/or Beatboxer)

I went 19-4 last night with my version (7-1 vs DKs exactly because of blingtron you cant kill blood dks consistently without that, the only loss i had to DK it was because blingtron was the second last card of the deck).





Paladin and DH are the only classes that seem to keep up with the deck, but they are quite overtuned im expecting balance changes to both and DK as well.

Anyways, thats just my thoughts ofc there is still things to be explored and glad more people are trying the amalgam Rogue... GLHF.

No, you´re not crazy... the game downfall was when ben brode left it, from there is a endless decline and I'm not even one of those people who repeats and defends this thesis vehemently, but nowadays I can see that, it was a long term impact.

I don't like to talk about it too much either because most of the time I'm going to come across as arrogant and boastful but this game was much more about strategy and skills than copy paste the most lame deck out there and spam it on ladder 24/7 while you watch netflix or make a poop. (you gonna encounter a lot of dks that does it or even bots from what i heard)

The game is not worth it playing anymore, thats sadly the truth... i still do because i´ve been playing card games since i was 7 yo and the other options we have are just straight up garbage imo, even marvel snap (which btw is the new ben brode´s project) i dont get the joy of it. Basically im constantly thinking hearthstone can get better but it only get worse , thats the scenario for me.

Oh ok, i dont play wild but still its not neptulon but the card that summon it by turn 2 the real problem.

I already got legend before the mini set because i knew this would happen. Thaddius is a bad design card at least they put it to discount to 1 mana not 0 LOL ...

It's not because you and I were bad once with DK that's not a problem the only class I managed to do more than 7 wins so far was paladin because I managed to get some very strong drafts and this card 1 mana discover a dragon and summon a 5/5 taunt in paticurlarly is absolutely broken in arena people will complain about that after they fix DK (if there's a way to fix it) , but yeah arena is just messed up right now, unplayable as expected to me at least.

The class identity is still there. Yes, traditionally, Hunter is known to go face with Aggro minions, cheap cards, and such.. Large portion of players actually want to play the big-cost beasts and late game values instead. Hunter can only go late games by having board control from early to mid games. Historically pre-2020, it was very hard for the class to have any slower decks or any archetype different than Face Hunter... But we are in 2023, no classes stick to their own defined identity these days. 

One thing I agree that Hunter should not have access to is healing and AoE. They can have board Rush control early and mid game with all their beasts, but they should not have access to cards such as Star Power or Hollow Hounds (Rush is fine but not Lifesteal)

How exactly that will win games in a world where Priest exist? Or in a world where Relic Demon Hunter can summon way more stats on board at the same pace? Lets not even get Naga Mage in the conversation....

So it seems druid's identity now willl be performing 2 card combos that create a medium sized board.

Well priest will still delete it with one Harmonic Pop.

The thing is, Relic demon Hunter already exists and it does this job better than these teased cards will ever be able to do

Why play druid instead of demon hunter?

Getting random spells is trash, but the cost reduction is top tier.

First Whirlpool, then Ra-den? Why they keep giving shamanic cards to priests? (Not talking about the effects, but the names and art). I see Thorim being more "shamany" keeper in this case, but still this card should belong to shaman. They do have The Fist of Ra-den after all.

Not gonna lie am omega excited for mech rogue. 

Reading these comments and I'm just baffled.  If you don't think this is gonna see play, you don't know Hearthstone.
