BeerLeague posted a message on Created power cards for every class, converted them from MTGPosted in: General DiscussionTime walk is the obvious choice here. However, my choice for most OP magic card was Fastbond. That card was absolutely stupid. Not sure how it would translate into HS though. Pay x life to add x mana crystals for 1 mana sounds like the proper text and would indeed be the most OP card in the game.

I remember the days when I cast Overrun on my rebel-elf deck. Funniest moment of my Magic life.

Funny that Control magic is mind control for 6 less mana and unplayable in MTG :P
Really wish HS had enchantments that went into the weapon slot.

3killgor3 posted a message on Are packs tailored to your dusting habits?Posted in: General DiscussionBruh, I have been playing since beta and I have yet to open a golden legendary. Took me over 200 packs to even get my first legendary :( However, my luck has increased as I have now been able to craft most of the essentials :) Congrats, btw on three golden legendaries! They are so regal and beautiful!

LiveMorph posted a message on Are packs tailored to your dusting habits?Posted in: General DiscussionI have opened dozens of golden legendaries since beta, i put some money in as well, but mostly played way more. I am close to 13 000 constructed wins, so I had way more packs than you. I never noticed a regularity or the lack of it...

Aryndelin posted a message on Are packs tailored to your dusting habits?Posted in: General DiscussionMy golden legendaries have been spread out as far as i remember. (1 fairly early on, 2 middle and 1 a few months before TGT. having played since late beta). I also see sprinkles of golden cards now and then so nothing off there, spread as usual not too often, but i see them as what i'd expect of "gold shiny card" rarity. If i didnt disenchant all of them to craft the regular cards i'd have alot of them already im sure. atleast 1\3rd of em.
Either i'm lucky or you're unlucky =)

Mukla, Tyrant of the Vale!

Only a few good outcomes. Not sure if it's worth the conditional nature of the card.
Shielded Minibot, (better) Haunted Creeper, Frostwolf Grunt, Carrion Grub, Ice Rager, (worse) Faerie Dragon, (worse) Whirling Zap-o-matic, and both the stealth and poisonous adaptations are worse versions of Patient Assassin.
So yes, some outcomes make it a minion that's worth 3 mana, and you get some flexibility by choosing, but is it really worth playing this card? I think no.

Let's look at the new legends and how they impact Sneed's and Confessor.
Tyrantus: This is one of the very best outcomes you could hope for. Getting a 12/12 that can't be targeted is massive! 10/10
King Mosh: I think the average for a legend is something like 5/6 or 6/5 so getting a 9/7 is quite good! 8.5/10
Ozruk: 5/5 taunt is decent. Slightly better than vanilla 5/6 or 6/5 because the taunt can defend Confessor or your face. 6/10
Kalimos, Primal Lord: Getting a 7/7 is quite good. Definitely above average. 7/10
Swamp King Dred: Sylvanas is a serious counter to this card but other than that getting a 9/9 is obviously amazing! 8/10
Hemet, Jungle Hunter: I'll take a 6/6. I believe it's slightly better than average so Hemet would be an OK outcome. 6/10
Sunkeeper Tarim: A 3/7 taunt is annoying for a lot of decks, although it's really bad against SW: Pain and Book Wyrm. But against a lot of decks I would rather get a 3/7 taunt than a 5/5 taunt, so I would rate this slightly higher than Ozruk. 6.5/10
Elise the Trailblazer: It's a little bit worse than average. Getting Elise is slightly disappointing. 5/10
Sherazin, Corpse Flower: A deck that is running Sneed's or Confessor is probably not going to be able to activate this guy. On top of that, a deck running Sneed's will probably play N'zoth, and having a dormant Flower on board takes up a minion spot, which is annoying. Combined with the 5/3 statline it's safe to say this is pretty bad. 3.5/10
Clutchmother Zavas: This is one of those awful results you sometimes get. It will be added to trash outcomes like Patches, Finley, Zerus and Hobart. 1.5/10
Pyros: While getting a 2/2 is very disappointing, at least you get some value out of this card. And if you happen to have N'zoth in your deck Pyros could actually be really helpful. Then again, it might work against you if you were looking to re-summon minions like Sludge Belcher and Deathlord to defend yourself. I would definitely say it's below average but it really depends on the situation. 4/10
I believe we have three more legendary minions to go so I'll update this post when they are revealed, but it looks like we are getting a slight buff to Sneed's and Confessor.
What do you guys think?

I pre-ordered yesterday. After seeing about half the set I was convinced. I think they did a good job with this set. I also like the fossil cardback and it fits nicely with my Raptor Rogue deck in wild. Raptor is the MVP of that deck and he's a fossil too!

Wild Astral Communion deck will happily play this card. The Curator into Deathwing/Ysera and Tyrantus? Seems pretty good.

I decide to turn Good guy Greg into a HS card. Because he's such a good guy he has a battlecry that helps your hero in three different ways; Heal, cards and a weapon. What more could you ask for? Greg has your back.
