posted a message on what are some good priest decks to hit legend with?
    Quote from itachi_sharingan >>

what are the best decks to hit legend within wild? i might give it a try because im stuck at rank 3 in standard is it harder to hit legend in wild ?

I think it's pretty tricky to hit legend in wild. It becomes easier if it's the main mode you're playing in because you get a good feel for what everybody is playing. There are insane amounts of viable decks in wild so there's a lot of decision making in the mulligan phase, as well as sequencing your plays to have them line up well with their plays, because wild games can strategically be lost after like 3-4 turns. For example; you queue into a Druid and keep cards that are good vs. Jade Druid but then suddenly it turns out he's an Egg Druid. There is a good chance you have already lost. Same goes for Mage, where they can be anything ranging from Reno, Classic Freeze, Exodia, Tempo Mage or even Mech Mage! You need to have some experience in the metagame to make an educated guess which one it will most likely be.
Sure, there are plenty of Pirate Warriors to be found, and Reno decks are still popular, but there's Egg Druids, Jade Druids, Secret Paladins, Midrange Paladins, Anyfin Paladins, Quest Rogues, Water Rogues, Miracle Rogues, Aggro Shamans, Murloc Shamans, Elemental Shamans, Control Warriors, Patron Warriors, Dragon Priests, Reno Priests, Zoolocks, Discard Locks, and the list goes on and on.
You need to figure out how likely it is that you're going up against certain decks going into the mulligan phase. When you are good at the guessing game, know how to mulligan correctly and play out your early turns well, you'll be fine. And at this point you don't need anybody to tell you what decks are good because you understand the metagame and know how most decks match up against each other.
The easy answer to your question; Pirate Warrior. With enough grinding and experience playing the deck/format the sheer power of the deck will carry you to legend I'm sure. But I believe it's more fun to analyze the metagame, determine which 3-4 decks that take up the majority of the metagame, then choose a deck that has game against them, even tech them a little. Climbing is more rewarding that way.

It's possible to do some preety devastating combos with sulfuras and this card.

Yeah, I'm excited about that. I Know a Guy could potentially be a natural fit for both getting Sulfuras as well as refreshing your hero power once you have Rag's power.

Only a few good outcomes. Not sure if it's worth the conditional nature of the card.

Shielded Minibot, (better) Haunted Creeper, Frostwolf Grunt, Carrion Grub, Ice Rager, (worse) Faerie Dragon, (worse) Whirling Zap-o-matic, and both the stealth and poisonous adaptations are worse versions of Patient Assassin.

So yes, some outcomes make it a minion that's worth 3 mana, and you get some flexibility by choosing, but is it really worth playing this card? I think no.

posted a message on Sneed's Old Shredder and Confessor Paletress buffed or nerfed with new Un'Goro legends?

Let's look at the new legends and how they impact Sneed's and Confessor.

Tyrantus: This is one of the very best outcomes you could hope for. Getting a 12/12 that can't be targeted is massive! 10/10

King Mosh: I think the average for a legend is something like 5/6 or 6/5 so getting a 9/7 is quite good! 8.5/10

Ozruk: 5/5 taunt is decent. Slightly better than vanilla 5/6 or 6/5 because the taunt can defend Confessor or your face. 6/10

Kalimos, Primal Lord: Getting a 7/7 is quite good. Definitely above average. 7/10

Swamp King Dred: Sylvanas is a serious counter to this card but other than that getting a 9/9 is obviously amazing! 8/10

Hemet, Jungle Hunter: I'll take a 6/6. I believe it's slightly better than average so Hemet would be an OK outcome. 6/10

Sunkeeper Tarim: A 3/7 taunt is annoying for a lot of decks, although it's really bad against SW: Pain and Book Wyrm. But against a lot of decks I would rather get a 3/7 taunt than a 5/5 taunt, so I would rate this slightly higher than Ozruk. 6.5/10

Elise the Trailblazer: It's a little bit worse than average. Getting Elise is slightly disappointing. 5/10

Sherazin, Corpse Flower: A deck that is running Sneed's or Confessor is probably not going to be able to activate this guy. On top of that, a deck running Sneed's will probably play N'zoth, and having a dormant Flower on board takes up a minion spot, which is annoying. Combined with the 5/3 statline it's safe to say this is pretty bad. 3.5/10

Clutchmother Zavas: This is one of those awful results you sometimes get. It will be added to trash outcomes like Patches, Finley, Zerus and Hobart. 1.5/10

Pyros: While getting a 2/2 is very disappointing, at least you get some value out of this card. And if you happen to have N'zoth in your deck Pyros could actually be really helpful. Then again, it might work against you if you were looking to re-summon minions like Sludge Belcher and Deathlord to defend yourself. I would definitely say it's below average but it really depends on the situation. 4/10

I believe we have three more legendary minions to go so I'll update this post when they are revealed, but it looks like we are getting a slight buff to Sneed's and Confessor.

    What do you guys think?

posted a message on Do you purchased pre order Un'goro ?

I pre-ordered yesterday. After seeing about half the set I was convinced. I think they did a good job with this set. I also like the fossil cardback and it fits nicely with my Raptor Rogue deck in wild. Raptor is the MVP of that deck and he's a fossil too!

Wild Astral Communion deck will happily play this card. The Curator into Deathwing/Ysera and Tyrantus? Seems pretty good.

I decide to turn Good guy Greg into a HS card. Because he's such a good guy he has a battlecry that helps your hero in three different ways; Heal, cards and a weapon. What more could you ask for? Greg has your back.
