Ok in wild it may be different since there is molten giant, but in standard how would a heal paladin beat any other control deck since they all have better win conditions than 2 4- mana 8/8s and 2 2mana 6/6. 

Judging from the reveal video if you overload once you get the attack buff for two turns so if you cast only one overload card this card basically becomes a pre-neft fiery-war axe  and you get one extra 1 damage attack.

Harbinger Celestia is one of the worst cards ever printed and it will never see play feel free to disenchant it and using the dust for literally anything else will probably be better. I also heard that Whizbang decks are pretty bad so craft that at your own risk even though it is a cool card. 

The card is actually countered by ooze and Harrison like all the other weapons because if you equip it on turn 4 and your opponnent holds their weapon removal until just before turn 8 when you're about to break it they can remove the weapon and negate the huge mana swing while the druid only ramps 2 mana.
