I haven't DE them. I've never had them in the first place. Conceal, Ice Lance, Power Overwhelming, etc.

You still can't open hall of famed cards.

The classic cards that had been hall of famed haven't been added back to the classic packs.

So if you are missing cards like ice lance, coldlight oracle, power overwhelming, you won't find those.

So I had been saving up classic packs for naught.

Sharing this is just for information for other  as I couldn't find any information clearing this up anywhere.

Edit: Don't know what was wrong before but it seems fixed now. I just opened more packs just now and I got them.

Should Murgur Murgurgle be tier 1? It's core in both Libram and Murloc Paladin decks atm.

Zixor is worthy of tier 1 as it can strengthen almost all hunter decks especially with all the beast buff cards in the meta.  Akama is tier 4, though the prime version is annoying on the board it won't be missed in any of the decks including stealth rogue.

Akama - Tier 4 (Good in stealth Rogue decks or as deck filler)
Keli'dan the Breaker - Tier 4 (The board clear effect is unreliable but the hard removal for untargetable minions is an OK tech option)
Shadowjeweler Hanar - Tier 1 (Staple in secret rogue builds)
Astromancer Solarian - Tier 2 (Good card for all except spell only mage deck but the effect is too random to be considered tier 1)
Evocation - Tier 2 (Good card for all mage deck but the effect is too random to be considered tier 1)  
Soul Mirror - Tier 1 (Important removal for priest since mass hysteria is out of the meta) 
Teron Gorefiend - Tier 1 (Great in all aggressive deathrattle builds)
Archspore Msshi'fn - Tier 3 (Decent card in big druid decks or as deck filler)
Kael'thas Sunstrider - Tier 2 (After Nerfs it will still be strong in OTK/Combo builds)
Zixor, Apex Predator - Tier 1 (Great in multiple hunter decks)
Murgur Murgurgle - Tier 2 (Good card in murloc paladin)
Al'ar - Tier 5 (Great for a meme deck) 
Beastmaster Leoroxx - Tier 3 (Used in OTK beast builds)
Kanrethad Ebonlocke - Tier 2 (Strong effect and is used in zoo builds)
The Lurker Below - Tier 4 (Strong tech card against aggro)
Lady Liadrin - Tier 3 (Staple in Libram Paladin but the deck is too weak in this meta)
Lady Vashj - Tier 4 (Experimented in aggressive shaman builds but needs more support)
Magtheridon - Tier 5 (The potential is still being experimented but for now it's trash)
Kargath Bladefist - Tier 4 (Decent tech card in control decks)
Bulwark of Azzinoth - Tier 5 (Garbage as even ping can remove a durability)
Ysiel Windsinger - Tier 4 (Niche but strong effect which might get future support)
 - Classic
Natalie Seline - Tier 3 (Strong removal for priest and is being used in Highlander Priest)
Nethrandamus - Tier 4 (Strong effect but a weak top deck)

Just my opinions on placements. I gave careful thought on all these placements, compared it with user feedback and hsreplay stats. Hope this would help you out SlydE. Thanks for all the time you put to keep this list updated.

Deck looks great. Will Dark Procession workout in this deck? Could help find Voidlord. If so what to replace to add it? Also what about Doomguards and Despicable Dreadlords? Will they fit this deck since I'm going to be running Guldan? :)
